The lakeside location provided fantastic views. We were made to feel very welcome.

Terrific lakeside location with pleasant and accommodating proprietors. Worth the extra effort to drive there.

The location right by the water was very nice and it was about a 40 min drive to Milano. Nice owners and great views. We were told we get a discount next time we stayed.

Nothing really to complain about. I'm not picky about a lot but the only thing I would've wanted was a balcony.

The view was beautiful but the stall was so helpful all the time. They even offered to give me a ride to where I needed to go... Very accomodating! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast fresh.

Friendly, family run hotel in a great location if you have a car. Fantastic views across the lake.

Very clean and quiet, it is situated in a dead-end street, absolutely no traffic. The view from the lakefront room is fantastic. The breakfast room has a very good location with view to the lake.

We travelled with our 6 month baby daughter and 5 year old son. Our room was big enough and clean. We were able to fit with our luggages, and the travelling cot. Bathroom was also very big. But most importantly, our room had the most beautiful view of town Lecco (which is on the other shore of the lake) and a terrace!

Breakfast was poor. In our 1 week trip of 4 different hotels, it was the poorest.

This hotel has a wonderful location right on the lake. It is within easy walking distance of Lecco. The hotel staff's recommendations about restaurants were very helpful.

The location was excellent and our room had beautiful views looking out over the lake. We had a lovely balcony we could sit on.

The staff were lovely - so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern with a fantastic view over the lake. Internet access was wonderful and the breakfast was good.

Good family run hotel. Ideal base for seeing lake como. we could not fault the place. the room was cleaned, beds made and towels/sheets changed every day. the breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful.the room facilities were excellent, modern bathroom and furniture, flat tv , hairdryer , mini-bar etc. the staff, Carlo, Christina and son Alberto were very nice and helpful. the cleaners worked hard and did an exceptional job whilst remaining unobtrusive. excellent.

The staff were very friendly,welcoming and could not do enough for you, rooms and premises very clean. Great location for a quite break, but within easy driving distance to any location round the lake.

No restaurant!!

The hotel owners were the friendliest people and were always ready to assist. we arrived in a car but rented a Moto Guzzi Norge for 4 days. Christina and Carlos allowed us to put the bike in the garage at night. They made us most welcome and even gave me a book of maps for riders of the region rides. My wife is gluten free and Christina made sure she got everything needed for breakfast. The hotel is located in the peaceful village of Vamadrera by the water and marina for motor boats. It has sweeping views of the Mountains east of Lecco.

Unfortunately in the room we stayed the walls and floors are paper thin and you can here everything going on in the breakfast room belong. The first nite in the room the owners had people over for dinner which went pretty late and we could hear every word being said... I would reccomend getting a room away from the reception dinning area for a good nights sleep. The bathroom walls were common in our room and we could hear everything going on in it..

Everything . Beautifull place. Very nice staff. Excellent view if you have room with balcony and lake view.

Beach

Be sure to book a room with a view of the lake and access to the terrace. There is a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Every morning people are windsurfing, kiteboarding or wakeboarding there and even if you don't practice these sports it is a real pleasure just to watch them. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning to Bellavista
