It was the highlight of our 12 day Italy trip! We loved waking up and walking out on the balcony to watch the wind surfers. The hotel staff was always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. This is very well-run hotel and I would highly recommend it as an alternative to being directly in one of the cities. |

The hotel has amazing view.The staff were great, very helpful and always very nice.If you have a car it is easy access to shopping, dinning and wonderful views. Sound isolation is not enough, flushing toilets are very loud. |

Very friendly, family-run establishment seeks to please all visitors. We found it convenient for daytrips to Como, Bellagio and the area of Lario, between business meetings in the Lecco area. Look forward to visiting again. Decor is rather spartan - but very clean, comfortable and with wonderful views over the 'wild side' of Lake Como. |

The hotel is located on Lake Como, with easy access to shopping, dinning and wonderful views. The staff were great, very helpful and always very nice. Super clean hotel and should be a 4 star. Wish more hotels were like this one! |

All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The standard of cleanliness was excellent - both hotel and bedrooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good with quite a good choice. The location was very poor - there is only one pizzeria within walking distance, there was no restaurant in the hotel. There is nothing close by during the day, you need a car to travel, or travel by bus. It was very difficult to find. It is on a dead end road with just a quarry near by. I would not consider it to be a tourist area |

The family run hotel was delightful. Their English was good. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The room for 3 was large and immaculate. The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. Finally, the rates were very reasonable. |

Great lakeside location. Nicest staff who can't do enough for you. Unfortunately there is a quarry located 400m from the hotel which causes trucks to drive up and down the road during the day which was a bit noisy. |

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Nice terrace of our room, free parking outside, great view on lake. No a/c, had to have windows open as it was extremely hot. Annoying music outside until 1h in the morning. Sound isolation extremely poor, flushing toilets are very loud. Breakfast buffet could use some variation. Locationwise, in a calm area but nothing at all going on in the area. |
