Friendly staff who were fabulously courteous and bent over backwards to help us (apart from one young woman who was a little abrupt), Venetian styled room, outdoor patio area, breakfast was very Italian and continental, lots of choice and plenty of coffee and English Tea, earl grey or herbal fruit teas. Towels changed and beds made every day. Breakfast from 7.30 until 10.30 if we slept in later. Location is truly amazing and literally 30 steps from Zattere Vaporetta (water taxi stop). We loved our holiday!

Hotel was great but our only single thing we didnt like was we hadnt realised even after we emailed the hotel and the booking engine that the Zattere Vaporetta stop didnt run after 9pm and we had to walk from San Marco to the hotel(25mins). The website should tell guests that it costs 25 euros each from Aerporta to Zattere or San Marco on the Ali Laguna public transport line. We wish we had known that. We would still recommend the hotel.

Rooms much too small especially for the price of room, when you took a shower it leaked all over the bathroom floor

The hotel was well positined i the city of Vnice. It was easy to walk from teh hotel to other parts, and to places to enter a boat. This also includes the proximity of an enter place to the boat to the airport.

We had to pay upon arrival. This was OK, but when we left we had to pay the city taxes (€27,- for 3 persons 3 days). I would have liked the hotel payment in a singe amount at just one moment of our stay.

Location was very good. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Heating in room was poor. In bathroom was no heating at all.

Cannot connect to Hotel Internet even after paying 5 Euro, but can connect to next door Hotel's internet. You hv to look at the Hotel Internet system as not fair to customer after paying 5 Euro with no connection.

everything. means we didn't enjoy our stay there. no internet connection , it didn't work and you have to pay extra for it. tha staff not really friendly . The breakfast was ordinary . The room is very very tiny and and have out dated television which we can't even passion to watch any programs from that tv. the lift only work half a time. we just don't like this hotel. not for us.

Hotel, rooms and international stuff are nice. Location is also not bad at all, however a bit far from the station. Kind of luxury hotel with venetian style room walls.

Italian stuff is rude and talks only italian on purpose (at least, it looks like that). Breakfasts are not that good as you would expect for such amount of money you pay for this hotel. Same with internet - they want you to pay 5 euros to use Wi-fi in the lobby, and this is considering the price of 600 euros for a weekend... And also map - you should pay 1 euro for it. Italians are very greedy in most big cities, but we did not expect it to be like that in the expensive hotel like this one...

location, disign of the room

I was impressed. They approved my reservation even i made it on booking with a debit card, insteed of a credit card. They have kept my room available by 18.00 o'clock in the day of my arriving without any guarantee. The location is great: 20 minutes to S. Marco, 30 minutes to Rialto Bridge. The rooms are great, big enough, exactly like you can see in the pictures. I booked a double room but they gave as a triple room. The breakfast was european style: ham, cheese, salami, yogurt, milk, orange juice, butter, chocolate cream, honey, croissants, tea, coffee, capucino, desserts, fruits...

Very nice hotel with romantic rooms. Breakfast was generous. The neighborhood is very quite at night but you have the Vaporetto station "Academia" very close.
