Walking along the Zaterre waterfront and sitting outside in comfy chairs. Room and particularly the bed were very very small even for me and I am small. |

The location in Venice is perfect if your aim is specifically art, all the important museums and art events (in this case Biennale and Punta della Dogana) are nearby. The hotel looked rather tatty and so did some of the guests. Service was almost non existent. |

It is a wonderful hotel on a perfect location and it offers the possibility to sit also outside on an excellent terrace during the day and night. It is an oase of rest in an hasty world. |

Outside space, a chance to relax away from the crowds. The location was excellent, very close to vaporetta and main attractions. |

The Hotel is located central Venice. We found the quality/price ratio to be excellent compared to our expectations of Venice being very expensive. |

Next to the Academia, this hotel is in one of the best locations in Venice. Facilities and service are absolutely adequate for a three star hotel. It has an additional bonus of a good size, nice courtyard to have breakfast which is for Venezia a rarity in this hotel category. Perhaps the upholstery of the breakfast room chairs and the large sofas outside could do with cleaning or replacement and the lift could operate a bit faster. |

It is located in a quite area of Venice; a plus during summer. And the best of all is the terrace... just chill out after a day walking while sipping a spritz is wonderful |

The location is excellent. Very quiet at night. The garden and patio are very nice. The rooms are very small and claustrophobic, decoration very dark. |
