It is located in a quite area of Venice; a plus during summer. And the best of all is the terrace... just chill out after a day walking while sipping a spritz is wonderful |

The location is excellent. Very quiet at night. The garden and patio are very nice. The rooms are very small and claustrophobic, decoration very dark. |

Hotel was in a great position. Interior decoration of the room was really nice, like in the pictures on the website. External patio and courtyard are very cute. Breakfast wasn't rich and of poor quality. Bathroom was not so cleaned and with poor furniture. The external aspect of the building is not so nice and "not so Venice"..... city map cost 1€ :-( |

Hotel is conveniently located beside the Accademia river bus stop, and is within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in Venice. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfast and room access before check-in time. Booked a triple room. The 3rd 'bed' was a very uncomfortable sofa-style piece of furniture - please invest in some more comfortable matresses (especially on these). |

Good location, very central. Internet connection was paid, but inexpensive and reliable. Very small rooms, unconfortable beds. The staff was not very helpful. |

The hotel ambience and services are excellent. The hotel charge 1 Euro for city map which is a very bad and small thing I found about the hotel. Instead they could have charged 81 Euro Instead of 80 Euro per night. This will effect customer delight. |

generous size of room and shower unfortunately there were cigarette butts on the carpet on arrival implying that it hadn't been hoovered. this was a small issue but undermined ones confidence in the cleanliness of the room. |
