Hotel má dobrú polohu na ulici s množstvom obchodov. Raňajky nesplňujú štandard primeraný cene za ubytovanie.Izba nebola vybavená chladničkou.Nedostatočná teplota na izbe. |

Memám co bych vytýkal tomuto hotelu. Vše bylo tak jak má být. Příjemny personál, uklizeno, krásný interier, dobré snídaně. Můžu opravdu doporučit. |

Krásný hotel i pokoj, teda až na ten výhled z balkónu někam do zahrady. Bohatá snídaně a vstřícný personál. Blízko parkoviště i nádraží takže se člověk nemusel tahat daleko s kuframa. Měli jsme slepený fén izolepou a v koupelně trčeli na obou stranách zrcadla el. dráty ze zdi, ale to snad bude chyba pouze našeho pokoje. |

Příjemné prostředí hotelu, atraktivní zařízení,malý ale designově stylově zařízený pokoj, ochotný perzonál. Velmi příznivé umístění na hlavní turistické cestě v Benátkách, blízko od stanice hromadné dopravy u nádraží (parníčku). |

Interiér hotelu velmi romantický, krásná místnost na snídaně. Vynikající lokace - v centru dění, ale přesto na pokojích klid. Dobrá snídaně. Někteří recepční velmi nekomunikativní. |

the staff where very nice and helpful, the location was very good... our double bed was single beds together, so during the night they would move and make a hole in the midle what wasn't very comfortable.... |

The location cannot be beaten here. It is a very nice hotel, seems like more than 3 stars. Small rooms but average size for Europe. We stayed 3 nights and loved the breakfast in the mornings and was perfect for our trip to Venice. Would definitely recommend it. The TV's were small but we didn't go to Venice Italy to watch TV so no big deal. |

It has a good location evethough it is not close to San Marco. Just next to the train station and the stops where you can take the boats to go to San Marco and to the islands. The first impression about the hotel was not good due to its façade. Room was very hot, the bed wasn't comfortable. |

Very conveniently located to Santa Lucia station, restaurants, and shops. Lovely hotel staff who kindly held our luggage for us for most of the day following checkout. Good breakfast, clean room. Good value for money. Our room was right next to the elevator, the noise of which kept my husband awake for most of the night. Probably mostly bad luck... |

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Belle Epoque, the room with a balcony and view over roofs of Venice was excellent. Breakfast buffet could be better. |

The Hotel was very well located to the city - particularly the Rail Station and the Central Bus Station. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and breakfast was very well presented. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was ideal for our visit to the City of Venice. |

Very nice location, close to bus- and trainstation. Our room was spacious and very clean and great looking: typical venice style. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the hotel staff always friendly. It was great to have heating in the room as it was raining some days, so everything was dry the next morning - but it was a little too hot and we were not able to reset the system. |

Yes, I was upset about the fact we had no heating for the room all night and ended up sleeping with 5 blankets over us and were still cold. When we went down to breakfast the following morning, we returned to our room half an hour before check out and our room was already being cleaned which made it uncomfortable for my partner to have to ask the cleaner to leave so he could shower. Also the sink was blocked. |

Good location. Nice small rooms with lovely Venecian Decor. Would recommend for the price. We stayed early November , the Mosquitos in our room feasted on my partner and kept me awake with their noise. Would suggest that they spray the rooms. |

Excellent location, literally 3 minutes walk from the train station and close to restaurants, shops. On main walkway to Piazza San Marco. Staff friendly, bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable. Breakfast good - nice selection of breads and pastries. Bedroom and bathroom very small. |
