The design...it looks exquisite...too bad it needs work on the branding...I mean what is on the outside..pictures...signal boards...promotional materials doesn't look half as good as what's inside. breakfast ...not too varied but satisfactory all the same |

Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel interior is beautiful. Everything worked well. Nearness to the bus station, Tonchetto parking, the railway station, immediate proximity of the Vaporetto ticket booth, Vaporetto stops, and bridge over the Grand Canal make this the most excellently placed hotel. The fact that the hotel is so close to transport and in Venice proper - Cannaregio - is very good. The breakfast staff were excellent, and the chambermaid was very polite. The reception staff were helpful at all times. This is a very very good hotel. I did not fully explore all the possibilities of the hotel as I was too busy. I did not check Internet access but there is an Internet cafe immediately over the road had I required it. I haven't looked at your website so I can't answer the guest review question. |

The location near the train station and bus stop was perfect for anyone who wants to come into Venice and check in to their hotel immediately. I read some of the other reviews which pointed to issues but my 3 stays at the hotel were terrific. The front desk staff was accomodating, The breakfast was basic but very good and filling. My first room (single) was very small but I gather it was among the smallest of the rooms the hotel offers. Subsequent stays had me in cozy quarters but very liveable. I wish they had wireless internet access in the rooms or charged a flat one day rate instead of paying by the hour for internet service which gets you wireless in the lobby or a hard wired connection in the room. The hotel offers ethernet cables if you need them to use in your room. |

Central but quiet location, easy to get to from bus or train station. Close to good selection of restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with wide choice of continental style food. Friendly reception staff and didn't meet any unhelpful staff as mentioned in other reviews. |

Typical Venetian design, seemed to be good 'value' for money considering the inflated prices in Venice. Room was comfortable. Decor in the room was a little dark especially as there was not much light in the room already. |

The breakfast buffet was key! Great pastries and coffee/cappuccino! Our room was small, but very comfortable. Had a mosquito problem, but after several attempts over 2 days, we were able to kill all the mosquitos. |

Just 2 mins walk from the Venezia SMN Railway Station. Excellent location if you want to stay near the train station. You can also find lots of boats that bring you to various parts of Venezia which can all be boarded at the boat station near the train station. Service staff attending to guest during Breakfast were very helpful and warm. The 2 man who at different times managed the reception desk very unfriendly. |

Very conveniently located -right next to the train station. All facilities were good. The breakfast buffet is impressive. Our room had no elevator access... which is a bad thing when you have so much luggage! We had to take the lift to the 2nd floor and take one flight of stairs after that as it was inbetween the 2nd n 3rd floor. But that's just for a couple of rooms. The guy at the reception said that we had to move to another hotel as they were overbooked (even tho we had a reservation). Once we explained our situation, he agreed and said some others were wiling to go to the other hotel. |

The location was excellent - only a 3 minute walk from the train station, and very close to the vaporetto station as well. Many little souvenir shops and restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The hotel staff was not rude but was not friendly. The room seemed clean, however, the beds were not comfortable. No bathtub in the bathroom, only a small shower box. |

The staff were helpful and friendly, access to our floor was dependent on a lift that resembled that from Willy Wonka and the great glass elevator! A stairs option would have been good as we only had halk a floor to climb and wasted time waiting for said lift. Our room had a mirrored ceiling which was more funny than romantic. The location was excellent, right by the bus and train station and a comfortable/pleasant walk to Rialto etc. As accomodation in venice is very expensive for the price paid I would say that this hotel ticks a lot of boxes. The buffet breakfast was very basic. |

The hotel was at an excellent location. If you are travelling by Ryanair, the hotel is 7min walk from Palazzo Roma the bus station. Easy access. The rooms are clean and lots of white towels. Keys to the rooms and A/C have been upgraded so its comfortable. Our room had lots of windows, its dated but clean and kept well. Lobby and dining areas are also comfortable and clean. Its a good 3* Things I didn't like at the hotel: the quit was simply just folded and thrown into the closet, not protected by a clean bag or anything. The closet wasn't particularly clean so I was a bit annoyed by this. |
