nice reception area. Close to cruise ship terminal. Very basic hotel room. View from bedroom window was similar to Albert Steptoe's scrap yard. Asked male at reception a few simple questions like places to eat, gave a few grunts and said he couldn't recommend anywhere. |

interior, location I would like the air conditioning system to be controlled from the room, not from the reception, which is not convenient. |

very close to mainstation, don't need over the bridge. Breakfast is very good. the air condition can't work because any windows didn't close well, and the adjust controller of air condition is in reception |

Well positioned for a short stay near the transport hubs but in a very nice location. Charming building with subtle decor and pleasant breakfast area. My room was against the roof but fine for that with characterful beams, but no view. I would come again. As for much of Venice, the price is high. |

the location, the services at the hotel, the room was very quiet aircondition too cold and you have to call the desk anytime when you want to change the temperature or to shut it off |

Easy to find. Close to boat and train stop. My room was miniscule. Much of the art decor ceiling features such as chandeliers were plastic and needed a clean. |

The hotel decor and facility are very good for a 3 stars hotel. It is near to the bus station. Although the receptionist for the afternoon shift was nice and helpful, the receptionist in the morning was no good! |

location, close proximity to transport in/out of venice and within half hour walk to all major sights.breakfast was good, although minimal... man serving coffee was a legend and made a great cafe latte hotel staff on reception were very impersonal and did not give much care for acknowledging us |

In walking distance of everything you need: transportation (bus to airport, waterbusses), romantic streets, Rialto bridge, San Marco square, shops, restaurants,.... . Very nice hotel: clean, modern facilities, romantic rooms, great breakfast,.... As we did not specify that we had 3 older children, we got a double room with an extra bed as triple room although the hotel website showed that triple rooms had 3 normal beds and were bigger. |

Location. One block from the train station and in the middle of shopping area. Right on the canal. Staff--lack of honesty. We delayed our departure in order to book this "special tour" with this "professional company with excellent tourguides: the guide told us nothing about Venice--showed us coast guard boats, a church, police boats, and where Elton John lived--the only point of "value". For 44 Euros per person!!! Of course "Spauly" was not working when we returned! No where to be found! |
