立地条件。駅から近く、直ぐに見つかった。また周辺はレストランがたくさんあり選択に困らなかった。

お勧めの部屋を予約したが、いわゆる屋根裏部屋の立地で、エレベータを降りてから、２５段くらいの狭い階段- で自分で荷物をもってあがらないといけなかった。大きいスーツケースを持っている場合、大変だと思う。

駅からとても近く、橋を渡る必要もないので、大きなスーツケースでも問題無く、とても便利。自分が泊った部- 屋は、屋根裏部屋のような部屋だったが、可愛くて良かった。ただ、男性がこの部屋に泊まると天井が低いので- 、少し窮屈かもしれません。朝食は、卵料理はなかったが、小さなパンにポテトサラダやハムをのせたようなも- のもあり、ヨーロッパのホテルにしては、充実していたと思う。

サンタルチア駅に近く、近くにはSHOPやレストランが多くあり、また夜遅くまで営業しているので、何かと- 便利だった。

蚊がいて夜眠れなかった。各部屋には蚊取り線香が常備されておらず、毎晩蚊を追いかけて殺していた。蚊取り- 線香の常備や付近の消毒等の対策が必要。

駅から大変近く、とても便利なロケーションだった。ホテル内も部屋もとてもキレイで快適に過ごすことができ- た。その割にリーズナブルでお薦めできるホテルです。

our double bed was single beds together, so during the night they would move and make a hole in the midle what wasn't very comfortable....

It has a good location evethough it is not close to San Marco. Just next to the train station and the stops where you can take the boats to go to San Marco and to the islands.

The first impression about the hotel was not good due to its façade. Room was very hot, the bed wasn't comfortable.

Very conveniently located to Santa Lucia station, restaurants, and shops. Lovely hotel staff who kindly held our luggage for us for most of the day following checkout. Good breakfast, clean room. Good value for money.

Our room was right next to the elevator, the noise of which kept my husband awake for most of the night. Probably mostly bad luck...

The Hotel was very well located to the city - particularly the Rail Station and the Central Bus Station. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and breakfast was very well presented. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was ideal for our visit to the City of Venice.

Very nice location, close to bus- and trainstation. Our room was spacious and very clean and great looking: typical venice style. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the hotel staff always friendly.

It was great to have heating in the room as it was raining some days, so everything was dry the next morning - but it was a little too hot and we were not able to reset the system.

Yes, I was upset about the fact we had no heating for the room all night and ended up sleeping with 5 blankets over us and were still cold. When we went down to breakfast the following morning, we returned to our room half an hour before check out and our room was already being cleaned which made it uncomfortable for my partner to have to ask the cleaner to leave so he could shower. Also the sink was blocked.

Good location. Nice small rooms with lovely Venecian Decor. Would recommend for the price.

We stayed early November , the Mosquitos in our room feasted on my partner and kept me awake with their noise. Would suggest that they spray the rooms.
