The localisation of the "Hotel" is perfect...just a few steps and you are in the middle of city. Antonio is nice and helpful guy.The house gives you a good feeling to be in the city of Florence.It has a nice deco and resonable clean. Don't be disappointed, this is not a 3 stars hotel. It's a old flat where you can sleep during your stay in Florence |

Good-sized room; excellent bathroom; window overlooked actual Florentine dwellings, so you felt more integrated into the local scene and not merely on the outskirts. |

A large comfortable room on the top floor on a quiet street. Location is very convenient for the train station and only a 5-10 minute walk from everything that you want to see in Florence. Paid a rate of 60 euro per night which was superb Before booking, you should be aware that there is no breakfast provided at Bellevue. This was fine with us and we made us of the fridge in our room to store water and soft drinks and were happy to get breakfast on the move. At the rate we paid, we were perfectly happy without breakfast being included |

We were very disappointed by this room which were small with 1 window and mini tv. there were 1 english channel with bad reception in black and white. Definately not the spacious room as announced. The reason is there are different rooms with different sizes and we got one of the tiny :( Make it clear you cant expect to get a big room |

Our room was huge and even though it was at the front of the hotel, we never heard any noise (but we only stayed there one night). It is a small hotel with no real facilities to speak of. Would stay again as it is very central. All the stairs to the hotel, with heavy bags this was not a good thing |

It defined the character of old Firenze. Also it was quiet and very private almost homely. No Tea or coffee facilities or any refreshment facilities whatsoever in the rooms. |

The place is an ancient palace in the middle of the historical center of Firenze, all restored and decorated, very peaceful. Antonio and Rosanna are wonderful hosts, giving all the information you need. The rooms are big and so clean and so charming, decorated with very good taste! The bed is comfortable.. Everything is perfect!!!! 3Rd floor no lift and no breakfast but this is clearly said in the hotel description, so no bad surprise!!! |

The welcme from Antoio was great and the room was huge. Stairs no problem for reaosnably fit people and room was quiet and well kept. |

We had a spacious, quiet and pleasant room away from the street with a nice view. The owner Antonio speaks English and was very helpful and welcoming. (We did not have any problems with noise from the toilet shredder, and did not feel the street was unsafe at night.) |

Hotel veramente molto carino. Immensa disponibilità e cortesia da parte del gestore/proprietario (Antonio) che fornisce informazioni utilissime per visitare la città e per posticini veramente ottimi dove andare a mangiare. Possibilità anche di consultare diverse guide di Firenze lì presenti per informazioni e pianificare eventuali visite. Se proprio proprio vogliamo andare a fare le pulci, è al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore. Però ne eravamo già al corrente, quindi benissimo così! |

La simpatia, la gentilezza e la disposizione del proprietario, la pulizia della camera, la posizione eccezionale nel centro storico (3min a piedi dal Duomo, 3min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria) che consente di girare a piedi qualsiasi monumento. Davanti all'Hotel c'è un ristorante molto carino con prezzi molto bassi e tutto buono!! Ed a fianco c'è un bar ottimo per iniziare la giornata ;) Ci sono 3 piani di scale senza ascensore, ma non sono poi così difficili da fare (gli scalini sono abbastanza bassi). Inoltre le zanzare, ma con la camera c'era anche un fornelletto elettrico con le ricariche antizanzare :) Perfetto! |

Se trata de un hostal, ya que es un piso con habitaciones muy amplias y tranquilas. Tiene un minifrigorifico para mantener la bebida fresquita y aire acondicionado, esencial para los meses mas calurosos. Las habitaciones estan decoradas al estilo italiano, pero limpias. El dueño, Antonio, muy amable y servicial te entrega un mapa y te indica todo lo que hay que ver, asi como restaurantes, heladerias, autobuses, etc. No es un hotel con grandes lujos, pero es perfecto si buscas algo barato y que no sea una ruina. Esta muy cerquita de la estacion del tren y autobuses asi como del centro. Recomendable 100% Por decir algo, que es un 3er piso sin ascensor. Por lo demas todo perfecto por 49 euros la habiacion doble. |

Ideaal gelegen, middenin het centrum, alles op loopafstand, maar wel aan een rustige weg. Vriendelijk eigenaar, behulpzaam. Verder ben je vrij in alles, eigen sleutels, dus geen tijdsproblemen. Schoon, comfortabel en goedkoop. Helemaal top en echt een aanrader! |
