Beautiful, well-appointed room with balcony and wonderful views. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk to Piazza Tasso, good restaurants and shopping. Sorrento is a great location for doing side-trips to Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei and Herculaneum/Ercolano (which we liked better than Pompei).

The location is excelent, you are close of the historycal center and best restaurants... Besides, the view is amazing! Nice staff, luxury with confort, great breakfast... worth the price!

The staff were all extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the views stunning. The food was delicious.

We had a very large, two balcony, ocean view room which was spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. In fact, I would say it was, overall, the best European hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect for getting to all forms of transportation or the hotel will arrange a car to take you wherever you need. I hope to stay here again.

Loved everything!

We loved Bellevue Syrene. The location is superb - in a reasonably quiet area right above the water, yet a 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was extravagant. The rooms were a bit peculiar in lay out, but very inviting and we definitely enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again on a return trip.

The elegance and style of the comodities together with the impecable personal service

The facilities for fitness are poor regarding the general quality of the hotel. The condition of the euipment. This is necessary to have eliptic machine for those who have knee arthrosis. This should be a frequent condition for many customers.

The architecture and decor. There was something interesting to see around every corner -- whether art or natural beauty. The staff is experienced and dedicated. Extremely helpful and friendly. The feel is that hospitality has been dojne at the highest level for a very long time. That makes the experience comfortable. There are numerous places to be in the hotel and feel wonderful.

Bellevue is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff and facilities set in a beautiful location

It was a beautiful property with good location and view. The staff was very friendly and curtious.

The breakfast was a bit boring,more like a continental style of breakfast with all kinds of breads and not as sophisticated as I expected compared to other properties we stayed at other similar hotels in Europe. Also, the daily snacks were the left over cakes from the breakfast and very cheep .hors d'oeuvres, no cut fruits,just bunches of lemons and fruits in a platter. The pool area was very small like a pond size, not enough tables or lounges for this size of a hotel. The beach location and the lounges shades very early in the day, and the guests weren't allowed to take their beverages or food from the club lounge there. They make you pay for it. The transportation company is run by the hotel, even though they say that they're independent of the hotel. But, the hotel collects the money. Our flight was late and they failed to tell us that there was a 41 Euro/hr waiting time! They constantly wanted us to hire either a private car with a driver or or get private boat for 800 Euro. The night shift didn't speak much English and looked very tired by 11 pm.

A bit pricey, but .... Worth it!

Beautiful and very comfortable. We were looking for an upgrade from some of the smaller hotels in small towns and here you have it. Food is very good. Views spectacular.. Service excellent. Rooms are very comfortable, airy. Bathrooms are very nice.

Staff was excellent. Setting was magnificent. The hotel and grounds are meticulously maintained. I particularly loved the Club Room/Happy Hour that they maintained and moved to the pool area in the evening. Also, I dined at the hotel restaraunt with friends and it was superb. I liked the addition of the pool also.

If they had the space, a bigger pool would be nice :)

1. The helpful, friendly and professional staff including check in/out, conceirge service, breakfast and dinner service, cleaning staff. 2. Large well decorated luxury room with king bed, air condioning, and lots of storage space. Deck overlooking Naples Bay. Relaxing calm atmousphere.Large bathroom. 3. Food - was excellent. Lots of variety for breakfast and dinner menu's were good also. Both eating spaces had lovely views and ambience. We also enjoyed the aperitivo by the pool every evening. 4. Hotel location excellent-close to town, marina and train station. 5. Swimming area was nice and convenient. Great hotel for special occasions.
