Average hotel with good (and free) parking which is predominantly why I booked this hotel. Very strict about bringing food and drink in, I felt as if they were looking at my bags to see if I had any food in them! Its just a short walk to Amalfi town centre, about 15 mins so a good base. Breakfast was only served til 9.30 am, which personally, I think is too early when you are on holiday. It could also be improved, a bit boring after 5 days of it. Nearly got overcharged on checking out but luckily I checked the bill. |

Very comfortable room with large private terrace overlooking the sea and the amazing Amalfi coast. Free parking and very helpful staff. The hotel is just out of the town of Amalfi, so is quieter at nightbut but is very convenient to leave the car in the hotel car park and walk down into the town. [Trying to park a car in Amalfi is a nightmare as is the driving of the locals!] |

The balcony suite was perfect - quiet, comfortable, great location, and magnificent views. Management and Staff were extraordinarily helpful and offered an excellent local expertise for restaurants, site seeing, and transport tips. |

For this region the value was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel ambiance was in step with the charm of the Amalfi coast. |

I liked that breakfast was included in the price of the room. I also liked that our room was modern as far as technology goes which was nice. The staff was very nice and all spoke English. It was a great deal for the price we paid. I did not like that breakfast was only served until 9:30am because that is too early when you are on vacation. I did not like how it cost 10 euros to have a suit ironed because there was no iron in the room. Also, the shower door wouldn't close completely so after every shower the bathroom floor was wet. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. |

It had a clean, pleasant (if slightly dark) room and the breakfast was very good. The communal areas are well kept and the staff friendly. We booked a room with a balcony and paid extra for it but our balcony was at the back of the hotel and next to the kitchen generators and a large wall so we need not have bothered. Although there is a beach which the hotel guests can use it is not really connected to the hotel and involves paying 12 euros for every use. Furthermore, the easy 15 minute walk to the hotel is anything but easy with luggage and you risk your life by trying to get up the hill on an extremely busy and treacherous road. Not good if you have children or if you are elderly...or value your life. The hotel should pay for a shuttle bus to help guests with luggage as a taxi is 10 euros. |

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days and really enjoyed it! Fanastic view, nice and clean rooms, big terrace, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included freshly squeezed juice and very good coffee. We liked the good walks in the area to nearby towns and villages. These walks can also be combined with excellent regular bus services. Sunflower guide book can be recommended. Maybe a bit unusual rules about not having your own food or drinks in the room. We have not seen that in any other hotel. |

The hotel is clean and facing the water. The breakfast was goos with very tasty fresh orange juice. The hotel is not suitable for families, we did not feel that we were welcomed with my 2 kids (10 years and 9 years) even though we booked a 2 bedroom suite. They like one kid only with the families. |

Balcony, service, direct view on the sea, extremely helpful and bilingual (or more) staff. Walking distance from Amalfi. The orange juice, at breakfast, is worth the trip. Very close to paradise. Go go go! |

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazingly nice & sincere. They made fresh squeezed orange juice every morning with the breakfast that is included in the room price. Extremely relaxing and beautiful hotel. |

The rooms were of a good size, clean, and the TV was a decent size, not like all the other hotels I have stayed in so far. The staff initially seem a little odd, but actually they are great if you follow the house rules and be polite, they go out of their way to help. It is a bit of a hike from the town, but if you are reasonably fit its OK. Also they are fairly strict on not bringing in outside food or drink, including bottled water. But the prices at the hotel for drinks are reasonable. |

We appreciated the great style and beauty, the nice and friendly staff, the wonderful landscape, with the lemon tree on our balcony. There was a peaceful atmosphere, which was quite inspirational for us travelling together (one writer, one actress) in Amalfi. |

Very clean and organized, well located and easy parking (although the parking lot is a bit dangerous due to the streat in front of the hotel). The rooms are confortable for a couple and a child aged 11. The coffe break could be a bit better and the owner could be more easy going with their guests (a lot of rules for a family with children). I reserved a double superior room with view to the sea, but got a normal room with no view at all. |

Free car parking. 15mins walk to centre of Amalfi - but downhill! Sunny, sea view balcony. Hotel owner very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions - he even gave us a lift to one. Strictly no food or drink allowed in room other than that bought in the hotel, even though fridge in room. Wifi only available between 7 - 10pm. Would be difficult for anyone with disabilities. |
