Free bicycle use. Good restaurant recommendations. Super friendly staff. Free WiFi computer in lobby. Great breakfast. Comfortable, big room. Good location. Bathtub was dangerously steep and cramped for showering. Toilet was coming out of the floor! |

It has a very good location close to St Anthony's Basilica. The staff are very attentive, offering you a reviving coffee when you arrive and helping with your bags. The complimentary bottle of wine on departure was a nice touch. The range and quality of the breakfast food is good, although the scrambled eggs were more like an omelette. There was an extra charge for breakfast which, though advertised, added 56 euros to the overall bill for four nights. This is still unusual for Italy. Overall it is a pleasant hotel but improvements could be made. The bathroom was somewhat basic, the main room lacked a mirror and there were no drawers for storage. There is no lift. There is no lobby area to speak of, although there are a couple of sofas on a small mezzanine floor between ground and first floors. The hotel reminded me of the locanda-type of establishment in Venice but while it has only a two-star category, the prices are on a level with higher-grade hotels and the facilities need to be improved to justify that. |

Extrordinary staff, gourgeus style -there were orchids and roses in my room-, extra fast internet conection, good breakfast, and many many more tiny details, it was simply perfect. I decided to stay longer than I thought, it was "homey" Just two things: breakfast was not included in the price, and there was not a good reading light. None of the hotels I was in Italy had a good reading light, why is it so? Less tv, and more reading facilities. But again, cozy and well designed. No lift, though |

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Superb design (check out the beautiful contemporary chandelier on the way up to your room, I wanted to take it home!) with some beautiful pieces of art, very comfortable rooms, lovely little chill out area, everything immaculately clean and very central location for all of Padua's attractions (and what a perfect place for a weekend break). Wonderful staff, I received the warmest welcome from the friendly owner plus a reviving complimentary espresso after my journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast also and very good value given standard of service, beautiful design and quality of experience. Highly recommended!! |

We liked everything about the hotel, especially the warmth and friendliness of all the staff, who were extremely professional but also charming and helpful. Our room was so comfortable we did not wish to leave. |

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and modern. It was perfectly located between St. Anthony's and the square. We only stayed one night, but we would return and we will recommend this hotel to our friends. We would prefer a hotel with an elevator, but it is not enough to deter visitors from staying here. |

Excellent location in historic center, next to Basilica, parks and pedestrian walks. Old building nicely restored internally, with spacious and neat rooms. The young staff was exceptionally helpful, eager and energetic. The hotel's address is listed as "Via Belludi 37", but for GPS purposes you have to input the full name of the street: "Via Beato Luca Belludi 37", otherwise the GPC cannot find a match. |

The owners themselves took turns on the front desk, as did other staff. Everyone spoke English and was extremely courteous, giving excellent directions to nearby shops when I specifically asked to buy certain items. The room was quietly chic, the bathrooms were retro/modern, and the wired-in in-room ADSL worked perfectly. A good work space. An extremely comfortable bed. I will stay here again. |

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were welcoming, generous, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. Bikes available to borrow which was a highlight of the trip. The shower could benefit from a bit more power! Otherwise perfect! |

This was the smallest hotel on our Spain, Italy, France vacation. It also was the most caring, not caring as in reading from a friendly script, as some in other hotels did, but being kind and helpful to us. From reception to restaurant recommendations, to getting a taxi at departure, the staff made our stay special. The room was larger than expected, the mattress firm yet comfortable, the breakfast delicious, the location close to good restaurants and attractions. Our recommended restaurant dinner was the best we had in the three countries. When we return to Padua, we'll stay at the Hotel Bellundi 37. And the gift of a bottle of wine was quite unexpected. There is no elevator, but the person running the desk quickly took our bags to and from our room. The hotel has been modernized in every way except the shower, which was fine to use but not up to the rest of the hotel. Neither of the two was a problem for us. It was so nice to be in a hotel with a family feeling. |

Hotel Belludi 37 is conveniently located to the Basilica and the Prato; it is very clean and well-managed. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and patient with all of those questions that they must field all day every day. I plan to recommend this hotel to others traveling to Padova. |

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were totally charming, from Andrea who welcomed us, to the girls and boys on reception and Leynie who served an excellent and welcoming breakfast. I'm not a fan of overwhelming hotel staff, but the welcome and service from these people seemed so genuine that it was a joy to stay there. I'm not sure if it was the staff training or the ability of the owners to recognise and appoint excellent staff - but it worked, 100%. The whole hotel was stylish, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed in a very mdern Italian way. Gorgeous! The hotel was situated in an old part of the town with a really interesting atmosphere. I would visit Padua again, principally to stay in this hotel. My daughter and I shared a bathroom which I have to say was spacious and beautifully designed. However, I might not like to have shared it with strangers. |
