Staff was warm and welcoming, food was outstanding, facilities idealic, and location perfect...
gym breakfast pool lobby bar area
room - tiny
Amazing views of the lake and mountains, a decent breakfast, great location and super friendly staff. I will definitely be back!
The service was excellent. Some rooms are somewhat dated, but still comfortable.
Connection to wifi far too complicated and coverage inadequate in some areas. There are better solutions around.
everything. awesome place to stay.
Location and views can't be beat! Hotel staff was excellent
Mattresses were a little lacking but room was extremely clean
We had a family room with a garden terrace. It had panoramic stunning views of the lake and fishing village in the distance and was spotlessly clean with an enormous bathroom. The staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my parents in the room next to ours and as we were celebrating my fathers birthday even arranged a cake for him with flowers. The hotel has a lovely pool area but if you prefer to sunbathe alone there is a wonderful terraced garden with sun lounges dotted around the place to give you some personal space. The hotel feels contemporary without losing its traditional values and the staff really look after you. I highly recommend it.
Some of the stairs were a challenge for my elderly parents because of the location of our rooms.
The views, the ambiance, the breakfasts, the pool, the location
Hard beds and pillows, twin was a barely separated pair of beds, not great for a mum and son. Wifi was poor throughout.
Claudia at the front desk was nice. Beautiful views.
All other staff was not friendly. Beds were not comfortable. Noisy room at night. Very small bathroom. Price was very high. Restaurant staff were not nice.
Beautifully clean and well maintained. Friendly staff
Loved the newly refurbished garden room, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the location was enchanting.
Location , view , room , food all superb Staff excellent too
Location lake view
average food price roads
Location just far enough away from the hustle & bustle. Staff couldnt be more helpful. Great facilities.
Bathroom in our room was tiny & awkward
Everything was catered for brilliantly.great location and best view of the lake . We were made to feel very welcome
Our room was stylish and clean, without being over the top. The view was absolutely stunning - couldn't get enough of it. The grounds are really beautiful and well looked after. The location is superb - just 5 mins up the hill, in a peaceful location, yet really easy to get into the bustle of Bellagio. The staff were always really helpful, even providing umbrellas when it was raining and giving us a lift into the centre on the last day with our luggage, to catch the bus. All the facilities were really stylish and well looked after. We loved the large pool and the jacuzzi overlooking the most incredible view of the lake. Overall a superb place to stay. Yes it was a bit pricy, but well worth it, it was one of the best places we have ever stayed.
The bar is in the foyer, it would be good to have a separate one, to encourage people to go there. I think the hotel should discourage people being allowed to leave their towels on their loungers when they leave the pool area, for lunch say. We often came down to the gardens and pool area in the afternoon and all the loungers had towels draped on them, but no sign of anyone.
A great location to explore Bellagio and Lake Como. The views are spectacular, the service impeccable, our family apartment was spacious and the pool was a relief after several days touring.
No lift to the apartment - but we new this and we were given help with the luggage. The air-conditioning could have been better.
This is a beautiful hotel. We especially loved the pool and breakfasts with an amazing view of the lake. Breafasts and dinner in the restaurant were great. Rooms are beautiful and perfectly clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, particularly Oscar who gave us some great advice on things to do around Bellagio. Little touches like giving us some water to take on our journey and a lift to the ferry with our luggage were very much appreciated. The location is great - a very short walk to everything. It is a relaxing and fun place and I would recommend it to anyone going to Bellagio (if they are willing to splurge on Bellagio as we did!)
This is a magnificent hotel but I do feel is probably a bit overpriced compared to other places we stayed in Europe. Bellagio is an expensive place however and it was high season.
Every thing about this place is magic love love!
Hotel Belvedere was excellent and the lake views were sensational. This hotel had everything we needed, pool, spa, wonderful restaurant, concierge services were exceptional. The staff are their greatest asset, welcoming, friendly and attentive. 10/10
Nothing to dislike!
Welcoming staff Location Room size and upkeep Again location
Dining area impersonal
Everything was great. The views were spectacular. Make sure you have a lake view.
Wish we had a balcony.
Oh my. What a view! My family of 5 (with three teens) stayed here 2 nights in July as a stop over on our way from Geneva to Venice. I wish we had stated an extra night. The hotel is wonderful in all aspects. The rooms are very nice. It's worth paying extra for the lake view. The restaurant was good, not great. But the view on the terrace made up for it. We loved the pool and spa. I never wanted to leave. Can't imagine there is a better place to stay in Bellagio.
The pillows weren't comfortable.
The service is excellent. The staffs on the front desk are very helpful. Great view from a great balcony.
The toilet of the single room is very small. The shower room is small for you to turn move.
