The owners are extremely nice. Great location. Good breakfast. Very clean room/hotel. The superior room with lake view is a must. You can watch sunrise in the morning from the bed. Ideal for a romantic trip. The smallest bathroom ever! You can't believe it until you see it. |

The owners are extremely nice, they give their guests free bicycles, perfect location that is close to the old part and still far enough to enable a quiet environment. Paying for a baby cot for a baby under 2 years old. |

The owners of this family run hotel could not have been nicer, they made our stay most enjoyable and were always on hand to help with any query. The lake view room had the most beautiful view and made the whole experience completely relaxing. Bear in mind that the hotel is 3 star and the bedrooms and bathrooms are small but the view from the lake view superior room is worth anything. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, always asking if we needed anything and teaching us little bits of italian. Room was lovely with a gorgeous view and cleaned very well each day. The choice available at breakfast was very good. |

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The owner helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was good, although there were more sweet cakes etc. on offer, only one type of bread. The view from the balcony was nice. The room was tiny and the bathroom was really small. The walls between the two rooms aren't really walls at all so there was little privacy. There were also quite a lot of noise from the other rooms, especially when they were cleaned in the morning. The air conditioning was a complete disaster, it didn't function at all. The elevator doesn't go to 1st floor so we had to carry our luggage.The parking lot in front of the hotel is too small both for the guests in the harbor and the hotel. Because of our late booking for 120€ per night it was poor value for money, i wouldn't advise to spend more than 70€. |

The location of the hotel by the lake was excellent, it was within walking/cycling distance from the historical centre. Near beach and boat rental. The owners did everything they possibly could for their guests, we have not had such friendliness, helpfulness and commitment to guests anywhere else. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good, booking a table is recommended! Rooms and entire hotel very clean and comfortable. |

The owners of the hotel were magnificant, very charming and polite.They welcomed us as if we were their own family. The hotel was very nice. It felt like home. The view from the room/hotel was so nice and so peaceful.We are looking forward to return as soon as possible/ The size of the room wasn't big enough. The shower was too small. |

Just stayed for a long weekend as a surprise for my hubby's 40th (leaving the children behind)! It was fabulous,the owners are brilliant so attentive to all our needs.I paid for a balcony/lake view which was superb looking over the lake (literally a stones throw).Pleanty to choose from for breakfast,we borrowed the hotels bikes and went to the castle of Sirmione had a drink and got our lunch then relaxed by the lake all afternoon in the glorious sun!Owners communicated extremely well in english, the room was spotlessly clean (something i'm a stickler for) bathroom was on the small side but fine for myself and hubby.will recommend to all my family and friends and my husband wants to book up already for next year!Owners definately made the stay more fun (gin & tonic was to die for)!!!Oh and a taxi from verona Brescia airport to hotel cost 65euro less than it would cost to shuttle bus to Brescia then train/bus/taxi to Sirmione and took half hour-well worth the money when you just want to get there!One little point-there's not much to choose from resturant wise around the hotel (great pizza and fish resturants on the doorstep) if we had stayed longer we probably would of got on the bikes into sirmione (10 mins on bike) and ate there a few times.No prob if you have a car.When can we go back?!!!!! |

A fantastic, charming hotel situated in a very beautiful place just with the lake Garda. You can see and feel the love of the owners to this hotel and to the customers in everything. The owner even picked us up because we got the wrong information from turistinfo about the distance. In the morning we were swimming in the lake and after that had the very good breakfast..even the chocolatepowder on the cappuccino was heartshaped. They also rented bicycles for free and so it was nice and easy to ride around. Absolutely perfect hotel and next time we will stay here too. |

We spent four wonderful days at lake Garda. The Hotel Belvedere is absolutely recommendable! The hotel is located very nice, directly at the lake. There is a little haven and a beach (grassland) near to it. The house itself is very lovely cultivated and everything is in an excellent condition. Everything is taken care of very cordially. The owners, which run the hotel with enjoyment, are very warm and friendly people! You feel very welcomed there. According to an Italian breakfast, it is good! It is like an continental breakfast. They even offered brown bread, which is normally not easily to be found in Italy. The cappuccino was excellent! The room was nice and absolutly clean. The bathroom was maybe a little bit too small. But that was in fact the only little thing which could be mentioned as not 100% satisfying, otherwise everything was really marvelous! We definitely would book it again, if we go to Sirmione once more. |

My partner and I stayed here on our first holiday together and were welcomed with opened arms by the hotel owners. The couple who run the hotel are the most warm, charismatic and helpful people you could wish to meet. The hotel itself is situated right next to the lake and the view from the breakfast room is out of this world. That we had to leave and that we have another year to wait to go back! |

There was a great selection for the breakfast and the couple who run the hotel couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and our room had a lovely balcony which overlooked the lake. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing/romantic holiday. The free bike hire also was really helpful. |

A magnificant couple manage this hotel. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. The room facing the lake is exceptional and most romantic. The hotel is located within walking disctance to Sirmione and the area is full of walking and jogging routes. |
