The kindness and courtesy of the staff, the quietness and safety, the cleanliness, the nearness to the river and being able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go--it was just what I was looking for. |

location, close to airport but a great location at the beachside - very convenient to walk and very beautiful. It was a great way to end our Italy holiday watching the sunset from the hotel window and then walking across the road to the beach. Close to some great restaurants, again a great way to finish our holiday Breakfast, there where a number of flies in the eating area and one under the cover in the bread container. There where a lot of crumbs on the floor and it gave the impression of not being very clean or well looked after. Think there is area for improvement here in terms of maintenance of area and cleanliness - food was fine. |

We had an early flight out the next morning and I was happy to be able to use the available internet to print Boarding Pass'S. The Staff also arranged for a taxi at 4;30am to take use to the airport. |

Convenience to public transportation, the employees were helpful and we had a nice view of the beach. Not real clean in our room and the towels were like table cloths; no fluff at all. |

Location and view. The breakfast and breakfast service was very good. Reception was helpful when asked. The shower door needs to be repaired and the toilet was stained although clean. |

location , location, location, fantastic if you get a balcony room,and love fresh seaside air, plenty to look at, helpful staff, good breakfast, vg shuttle service, but unfortunately only four times a day to the airport, very art deco hotel lovely only problem was cost of taxi from the airport FCO , wouldnt use meter and tried to charge 60 euros, we said no more than 40 and that was too much, a little bit expensive for the furnishings but the location ,made up for it |

helpful staff breakfast which was included started too late 7.00am...when quite a few guests had an airport shuttle to catch organised through hotel which left at 7.30 therefore had to rush breaky |

There was a good restaurant nearby. I think the hotel cheated us by charging full price for the room without telling us that we couldn't use the balcony because it had a scaffold set up on it. Also, they provided only one set of towels for two people. The breakfast room was a disgrace and could not accommodate enough guests. I feel sorry for the staff who had to work in such cramped conditions. |

Convenience of laptop/internet use in lobby. Satisfactory breakfast. Close to airport. Renovations in progress on balconies. Shower had mould. Airport shuttle too infrequent eg either 7.30 or 11.00 in morning. |

-Location is excellent,near the airport and near the sea,stuff is friendly -Rooms are too poor,I had 'superior room' and can't understand what was 'superior' in this room.Room was full of ants,incredible and bathroom has strange stinky smell |

Near to Fiumicino airport but much more pleasant than an airport hotel, this hotel is in a sleepy (at least in October) little resort by the sea. There is a vague feeling of entering an Italian film around the whole place. If you insist on business-type hotels, this is not for you. |

The admirable view of the the Seaside, Very nice staff and very comfrtable balcony on the third floor. There are a lot of shopping and luxury restaurants very close to the hotel. The shower was too small and the towels were too poor. All the rest very nice. |

Seaview on the 3rd floor was nice. Everything was decent in the hotel itself. Close to Fiumicino airport: a 20 euros taxi ride. A lot of traffic on the way to and from Roma (to the Roma Fair), because the road is fairly small. Otherwise, 10 minutes wack to the station, and 25min direct train ride to the city centre! 4 euros for the day ticket, including subway! |

It was way too hot and we could not adjust the air conditionning as it is a central system. and it was quite noisy outside so openning the door was not an interesting option. |

Good room and good breakfast at a reasonable price. Handy for airport (hotel runs reasonably priced shuttle service). Our room faced 'backwards', so there was no sea view. |
