Really helpful staff, lovely large room overlooking the lake, close to the ferry terminal, and reasonably priced Wi-Fi @ 3.50 euro for 24 hours No fridge in romm, but room servive provided a bucket of ice whitout a problem |

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the room was plain but clean and charming, the view was spectacular, and the location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shopping and boat docks. The beds were ultra firm and the pillows were very hard. Softer pillows would have made this hotel just about perfect. (The air conditioner didn't work, but that was not as big a problem as the pillows.) |

Large airy rooms, lakeside ones with great views over Lake Maggiore. Pleasant helpful staff with smiles and warm hellos. Aircon seemed a problem. Opposite Ferry terminal so a little noisy at times. Market on Friday right outside the window starts early, so no lie-in. |

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for boat tours to the islands and visits to nearby towns. If you get a lake-view room the views are fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxed and perfect for an enjoyable short break. Finding a free parking space directly around the hotel is not easy but parking around the nearby hospital is a 5-10 minute walk away. Sometimes the air-conditioning was confusing until you realise that reception can control it remotely. The table and chairs on the balcony (if you have one) need to be replaced. |

The staff were very helpful. Service is more than 3 stars. The room we stayed in was clean. nHotel was located right in front of Lago Navigazzione where one can board the ferry for the different islands and nearby cities. The beds were really hard and tiny. Size is acceptable but I woke up with a terrible backache the following day. For the rating, I wish the bed would have more cushion. Each morning, we woke up to an object being dragged on the ground. There was no coffee maker in the room and breakfast does not start until 7:30. |

Its location is excellent, right across from the ferryboat landing and in the liveliest stretch of cafes/restaurants. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rafaella and Giulia. The bedroom was rather plain and basic, we thought; and we could not figure out how to lower the thermostat for more air conditioning. Never got around to asking the staff. . |

Great place to stay, great location, very friendly and helpful staff who speak English. No need to pay for parking as there are plenty of free spaces all around the hotel. Great views of the lake from your balcony, but not every room has a view so make sure to ask. Very thorough breakfasts but they do cost 10 Euro per person in addition. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location of the hotel couldn´t be better, by the lake and in the center of a pittoresque small town. Shops, cafes and restaurants just some metres away and free public parking. |

Very friendly and helpful staff - Isabella and others, nice hotel, nice view. We're surprised that Belvedere is closed and we was accommodated in the 4 stars Pallanza hotel for the prices and conditions we had booked. A good experience at all ! |
