Hotel Belvedere    

The hotel is very old, the furniture and the entire equipment is too outdated. Not all staff members could speak English, many speak only Italian... Poor breakfast with a small variety of food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent! We were upgraded to a lake view as well.

There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

Room walls a little thin!

The location is directly across from the ferry station and in the middle of the lakeside town. It was clean and quite large.

The top-floor room's a/c worked, but it did not cool the space, which stayed above 26 degrees all night. The mattress was pretty hard, and the room was rather Spartan. The breakfast was minimal. Also, the hotel billed for two nights though we stayed only one; we told them more than 48 hours prior that our plans for a 2nd night had changed, and they claimed to need 48 hours notice from check-in. A mandatory one night charge was added to the one night we stayed. Not alright, and different from the terms as listed on booking.com.

Last min booking. Overnight stay after grand prix in Monza. Welcome reception, large comfy rooms with great beds! Nice breakfast and fantastic central location.

Bathroom abit tired and hair dryer poor!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and for being on the mian road is not too noisy.

It is quite expensive but paying for the location.

I liked its position ,the staff -especially in the reception- was excellent.the rooom was spacious,quiet and clean but nothing special. very good relation quality-price

Very walm welcome - nothing too much trouble. Fantastic location literally across the road from the lake boat station. Good restaurants nearby and reasonably priced too. Excellent breakfast but didn't try a meal in the evening. Fairly pricey but you pay for the location so no complaints. Highly recommend but invest a bit more and get a room with a lake view.

There was nothing we didn't like but suggestions for improvement would be....better air con (we had to borrow a fan to supplement the system in the room). Some better English channels on the tv and a comfy chair in the room would be good too.

the hotel is located right nex to the lake and is on a quiet street. breakfast was very good except the bread on sunday morning was not fresh.

the rooms are very badly insulated therefore you could here your neigbhours talk. unless you have earplugs you wont be able to sleep.

The internet was not well functioning - and for a 4 star hotel it must not be impossible to meet basic customer needs like an iron !!

Nice breakfast

I booked a double room for me and my 3 years old twin kids, instead of double i got twin room. we booked this hotel only because it was mentioned that we can have a double bed, but they told me that there is ONLY twin beds that are joint together. to have a double i should pay 30% more because it will be sea view. So they did not accept any free upgrade.

La colazione, scarsa nelle scelte e poca disponibilità nell'offerta di prodotti alternativi ai soliti cornetti surgelati. Per i cereali scelta quasi inesistente, caffè americano discreto

Cet établissement est parfait à tous points de vue. Idéalement placé en face du lac et de l'embarcadère, très propres, très classe, personnel aimable et intentionné, petit déjeuner excellent et wifi parfaite.
