Friendly staff at front desk - we were able to check in early. Chambermaids very good. Excellent breakfast selection, buffet style. Good location - near train station and short walk to town, where there were many restaurants and access to Lake Garda. Lovely swimming pool area and our room had a view from its balcomy. Could have done with a hotel guide in room. TV didn't seem to work.

Good location and quiet at night. For a triple room we felt that the room was of a good size. Only a short walk to the town and restaurants. Good information given by reception. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool area was nice and relaxing, the hotel itself was quaint, up a bit of a hill from the town but only a five minute walk. We asked for a twin room but got a double, however the hotel staff changed it to a twin with no problem. Just a 1 minute walk down the hill from the train station. Bed was a bit uncomfy but other than that, you get what you pay for, not a luxury hotel but when your at Lake Garda the hotel is only somewhere to lay the head!

The hotel was everything as advertised. Close to town center, Italian style, family run, all modcons :PC and internet in lounge, Sky TV in bedrooms, lovely pool and tidy gardens, super breakfast.Covenient for lots of places around Lake Garda. Super view from most bedrooms. We would recommend it and would definitely return. We were there on a busy Bank Holiday so parking got a little difficult but still plenty of room for eveyrbody.

Really good location in Desenzano, a 5 minute walk from the main square, lovely pool, hotel supplied towels every day for us, very comfortable beds in our quadruple room. Breakfast was really lovely with excellent coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, we will definitely go back and stay there again.

The hotel is really great. The bed was so comfortable that i even wanted to take it with me))). The room was quite big for 3 of us with amazing view from our large balcony. The breakfast was nice as well and Italian lady (can't say waitress) is really helpfull. but you should learn italian by the way))). just 3 min walk from the railway station and 10-15 min from seafront. we would stay in that hotel once more for sure! can't say anything bad about it really. just as long as there was 3 of us we felt like we needed rubbish bin into the room as well (there is just one in the bathroom). but it doesn't really matter anyway

вкуснейший йогурт на завтрак! а еще приносят кофе в кофейничке :) вообще, отель в стиле "винтаж", но при этом милый. душ, правда, с занавеской, а не с кабиной, но, как я убедилась, это частое явление. нет минибара. для меня это не было проблемой, но для кого-то может быть. отель близко к станции, что для меня было важным критерием, но до озера идти минут 10 (для кого-то это может быть критерием). персонал очень приветливый!

Hotel razonable. Me costó la individual 55 euros/noche por desayuno. La habitación es correcta: no es pequeña, es limpia y cómoda. Hotel junto a la estación y cerca del centro de Desenzano. El desayuno es poco variado pero no está mal.
