Fantastic hotel, balcony looking over the lake perfect. Staff very friendly, location just 3 mins walk from train station and 5 mins to the centre. Would definitely stay again |

the people working there are like one good family & they treat their gueast as a family too. Mario is a star, Athmosphere is calm & relaxing, Owners love animals & accept guests with gods with pleasure, There is a dog Fiore cute & effectionate.But the king of the hotel is the cat Marcello. Not easy to gain his appreciation or attention even,The hotel has its own small pool & territory for having sun bath which is not common for this region, the refrigerator in the room (even a very small one) would be really nice. They don't have a restaurant inside & the nearest one is at least 10 mintes of walk. |

Very friendly staff. It has its own parking and it is free of chrage. Internet WIFI in all rooms and it is also free. Very very clean all over. The breakfast is always the same no varity. |

We stayed for 4 days and found the hotel quiet and comfortable, the staff were friendly. There is only a ten minute walk to the lakeside and the shopping area . We would definately stay at this hotel again. |

Welcoming atmosphere. Hotel pool clean, garden well-kept. Rooms comfortable, with efficient air conditioning. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. |

lovly hotel, friendy staff and lovly pool, very near the train station,would stay there again. bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel from the lake, that might not suit older people |

Jeg syntes hotelet har god beligenhed er lidt gammeldags men pæn og i orden dobbeltværelser ok, flot udsigt 3.sal, bade værelser fine,personale flinke,talte lidt engelsk som os :) . Internet virkede men lidt langsom, |

Bonne situation,belle piscine et un beau jardin. La salle de bain mérite un raffraîchissement,les jus de fruits au petit déj.sont imbuvables.La jeune fille à la réception n'était pas très acceuillante. |

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Présence d'une piscine, parking facile d'accès. Nous avions une chambre orientée nord avec une jolie vue sur le lac. La chambre petite et un ensemble un peu vieillot qui mériterait une rénovation générale |

Mycket trevlig personal. Vi fick ett utmärkt familjerum. Trevligt att poolen fortfarande var öppen för dem som ville bada trots att det var slutet på oktober. Bra frukost. Trevlig lobby med fåtöljer och en fri internetdator. Det enda var att det var dåligt tryck på varmvattnet i duschen. |

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Die Nähe zur Altstadt hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. |

Wir waren recht zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die renovierten Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Design / Farbgebung zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel bis in den Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Es gab Vollkornbrot, Müsli, Joghurt und Früchte usw. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt. Die Familie ist zurückhaltend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vorallem für Zugreisende perfekt, man benötigt nur max. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Auch für Kurztripps nach Verona, Venedig oder Mailand gibt es Direktverbindungen. In die Altstadt geht es leicht bergab, die man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer im obersten Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf See und Berge. Das Bett wurde zwar jeden Tag gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Aber mit dem Saugen oder Bad wischen war es nicht so weit her. Unser Bad war noch nicht renoviert. Vorallem die Duschkabine könnte mal ersetzt werden. |
