Very nice family hotel which I visited last few years. I always leave hotel fully satisfied. Very pleasent stuff, nice old fashion rooms, with style. Free Wi-Fi available in whole hotel.

Rooms well sized and equipped, for this price level. Attractive pool and garden. Location provides easy access to motorway, ferries and railway for trips to Venice, Verona and Lake Garda in general, as well being easy walking distince from the town centre of Desenzano. Friendly staff. Friendly and amusing dog! Hotel information should mention the dog. Not a problem for us, but some people do not like dogs. Breakfast selection (particularly fresh fruit) could be better.

The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from train station which was great for day trips to Verona and Venice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Was very clean and had a Nice pool. Breakfast was very Nice, however there was no food or snacks available in hotel

Very comfortable ambiance, it retains the Italian feel with a modern setting that Provides a nice pool, garden, location near train station, and spacious clean rooms. We had a nice big patio overlooking lake Garda, and found the hotel very Relaxing with not the usual sounds of the other vacationers around. Will return hopefully in the future.

A very pleasant family hotel, we liked it so much we stayed rather than move on, the only time we noticed the so called hill it was on was when we had to pull our cases up to station going home,we are independent when on holidays so only minor quibble is that a bus timetable would be handy at reception and also directions to local supermarket, we would recommend this placer highly and will be returning ourselves, desenzano was always spotless and friendly and there are plenty of reasonable restaurants if you look around.

Friendly staff at front desk - we were able to check in early. Chambermaids very good. Excellent breakfast selection, buffet style. Good location - near train station and short walk to town, where there were many restaurants and access to Lake Garda. Lovely swimming pool area and our room had a view from its balcomy. Could have done with a hotel guide in room. TV didn't seem to work.

Close to the train station and inexpensive. Great view of lake on north side. shower is very small. bed is horribly uncomfortable.
