Es war uns sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah nur 1 Minute von Duomo. Wir konnte ein Zimmer mit dem hoeheren Niveau ohne Zuschlag benutzen. Bei Fruehstueck kann man erst ab 7.30 Uhr haben. |

Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistinnen. Sehr zentrale Lage. Mit dem Auto nicht so gut erreichbar aber hervorragend betreut durch freundliches Personal. Absolut ruhige Lage. |

It is a terrific hotel. Just right. This was my fourth stay. Didn't get my cappuchino like always. Coffee in pot at breakfast was terrible. |

The location is terrific, because you probably couldn't be much closer to the Duomo but with the benefit of being on a relatvely quiet narrow street. The staff and owners were always very nice and extremely helpful (dinner reservations, etc.). The room was quite modern and comfortable, with air conditioning. Well, the breakfast perhaps didn't live up to the standards set by the rest of the hotel, especially the coffee. But this is just a minor quibble. |

Hotel is centrally located in a quiet side street within walking distance to most sights in Florence. Many good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Room was very comfortable, clean with modern bathroom and well functioning AC. |

Don't be put off by the side street in which the hotel resides. A few hundred yards from the Duomo, Benivieni had very friendly staff and excellently-appointed rooms (newly refurbished?). Bed was too soft for my back and the shower cubicle was cramped and would not have accommodated a larger person at all. |

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean and fresh, comfortable - everything we needed. And location was Brilliant!! Possibly just a small fridge in the room!! |

The staff was amazing. Friendly and accomodating. We traveled with our two young girls (4 and 8), who loved the staff and hotel. The restaurant recommendations were amazing (food was excellent and the right environment for kids). You could not beat the location. Right in the middle of all the action, which is important when traveling with kids. We didn't mind this, but it is a bit noisy (right next to the Duomo...which has amazing ringing bells), for people who need quiet. We didn't mind it and neither did our kids. Also, the walls are a bit thin so you could hear activity in nearby rooms...we were mostly worried about our kids playful screams bothering others. |

We enjoyed our stay in Benivieni very much. Perfect location, comfortable room, especialy sandwich for breakfast. They were bery good at playing with my daughter. Unfortunately street sweepers were so noisy. We want to stay again. Benivieni is one of the best hotel in Firenze. Morning coffee shoud not be instant one. |

We stayed just one night during a short trip to Toscana, but it was a pleasure experience. The hotel is recently renewed. The stuff was very kind and helpfull, the rooms were clean, quiet and had plenty of space. And of course it is in the heart of Firenze, just behind the Duomo. What else to ask for? Excellent!!! |

The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing and the hotel location was perfect for access to the main attractions in the centre of Florence.Will visit again for sure. There was nothing to complain about at Benivieni. |

Estuvimos en el hotel y nos parecio una joya, el edificio era un templo antiguamente, asi que que tiene un diseño hermoso, ademas las personas que atienden al pasajero, que creo que son sus dueñas, son amorosas y estan realmente a disposicion del mismo. Nos encanto estar alli y lo recomendamos. Nada, en absoluto. Todo estuvo mas que bien |
