Extremely good hotel. Very helpfull and friendly staff . Very charming hystorical interior and athmosphere. Luxury and charming rooms, very good bed You cannot sleep any closer to the Duomo... Will come back for sure and will promote hotel with friends Would have loved to stay longer A little hard to get to by car, but the staff is extremely helpfull and efficient to solve the problem. A tip: don't be affraid of the narrow streets, keep on going and follow your gps. It is doable (even with a large car). There is vallet parking at the hotel.

The staff at Hotel Benivieni was exceptionally warm and friendly esp. With our 2 young sons. Everything was in walking distance incl. The major sights, shopping and restaurants.

The location was perfect -- a block away from the Duomo, right in the heart of the city. The facilities were clean, well kept, and relatively modern. The room was large enough, nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included -- a good variety of simple foods and drink. There are only a few minor details that I "didn't like" but pretty insignificant -- the church bells at 0700 on a Saturday, right outside our window, but that's not the hotel's fault -- it's right in the middle of the city! When you open the door to your room, there is a loud buzz until you push the door which you can hear in the next room -- not a big deal. The rooms got warm in the middle of the night -- not sure if we were in the transition time between no a/c and cold enough weather... The shower was small... Needless to say, nothing that truly bothered our amazing weekend

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel is very, very clean and facilities are modern. The breakfast is wonderful! And the location, can't beat it...about 1 block away from the duomo, and very easy to walk to all the other Florence sites (Accademia, the pv bridge, Uffizi gallery, etc.). Superb gelato shop right across the street (mentioned in Rick Steve's as well) and a great cafeteria (as the Italians call it) down the street.

Brilliant location near to everything, could walk to wherever we wanted to go. We had a nice welcome on arrival and were given a very useful map. Breakfast was good. A charming elegant hotel. No problem with noise at all. The room size was good but with 2 adults and two teenagers in it space was cramped and all sharing a bathroom was sometimes awkward. I would have minded less if I was paying less, it seemed slightly overpriced to me - but then it was height of the summer season and in a city so maybe my expectations were too great.

The staff were very personable. Felt like we were staying in the owner's home. She was there to greet us and orient us when we arrived. The staff also recommended some amazing restaurants that weren't in any guide book.

The Location, wifi in room. The triple room was actually a double room with an extra bed crammed in the room. Breakfast was very poor with an unfriendly employee. The safe was extra small (I.E. unusable!). In general hotel is basic and would've been ok if the price was much lower but at this rate (190euros/night) I expected way much better quality.

Excellent location, very clean and tidy room and bath, actually spotless. One block from Duomo yet on a side street and quiet enough. Yes you can hear the bells, but they only ring from 7 am - 10 pm so this really isn't an issue unless you are a late sleeper. It is family run and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is continental (plus a little more with hard cooked eggs available) and completely adequate. Absolutely nothing to not like about this hotel. Would stay again!

i liked that the staff were able to recommend some fantastic restaurants that were not listed in our guides... and they were willing to help out with special birthday arrangements... the staff are great, and the building is clean and comfortable. the shower was soooo tiny.. i'm not a big person, but i had difficutly washing hair and could not bend over.. so that is the only thing i would change

ドゥオーモから徒歩一分、すぐ目の前にはジェラート屋のグロムがありました。ウフィッツィ美術館も５分程度- でつくので、観光にはもってこいの立地だと思います。ホテルの方たちもみな親切だったので快適な滞在でした- 。インターネットが無料だったのがすごくうれしかったです。 朝食のクロワッサンが焼きたてでおいしかったです。 特に悪いところはありません。強いて言えば、どこのホテルも見比べても同じような値段ですが、気持ちもうす- こし安かったらうれしいです。
