The location was fantastic, only 2 minutes from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of other main attractions. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I was in Florence on a business trip and stayed in the Hotel Benivieni for the third time and I will come back! It is a family-driven hotel with a warm welcome. It is ideally located close to the dome. A lot of restaurants are in walking distance and shopping is a also pleasure. I can only recommend it.

Location was really great right next to the Duomo. Breakfast was poor compared to another hotels in Italy. The hotel in runned by a family therefore the staff is not so good and not so professional. For example, one of the guys was in deep sleep at the reception at night. Parking was also really expensive (35 euro per day). So the value for the hotel is not the best.

Just excellent place. Having stayed for 3 nights previously in florence at a much more expensive hotel with 4 stars, I was so impressed with the value, assistance and added 'extra' support benivieni gave us. If you can get in, book here!

It was right next to the Duomo, and the hotel was very pleasant - more than I expected for the price, really!!! No complaints - the room was small, but not uncomfortable, and I woke up everyday at 7:00 with the chimes of the Campanile, but that's because it was so close!

It's a nice and quiet hotel located in the heart of Florence. The shower caps had holes in them, I suppose they were used before. The room was relatively clean except that we found a long hair under the cushions and the floor under the bed was full of dust. The breakfast buffet was poor, some tiny sandwiches, boiled eggs, cereals with milk and a couple of croissants. Also one of the receptionists, the fat guy, got really mad and was very rude to us when we said that we could pay a 6 euro fee only by credit card because we didn't have any cash. I would recommend this hotel only if you have to pay 40% of the total price, otherwise if you have the money for the full rate you could find something a lot better.

Extremely good hotel. Very helpfull and friendly staff . Very charming hystorical interior and athmosphere. Luxury and charming rooms, very good bed You cannot sleep any closer to the Duomo... Will come back for sure and will promote hotel with friends Would have loved to stay longer A little hard to get to by car, but the staff is extremely helpfull and efficient to solve the problem. A tip: don't be affraid of the narrow streets, keep on going and follow your gps. It is doable (even with a large car). There is vallet parking at the hotel.

Brilliant location near to everything, could walk to wherever we wanted to go. We had a nice welcome on arrival and were given a very useful map. Breakfast was good. A charming elegant hotel. No problem with noise at all. The room size was good but with 2 adults and two teenagers in it space was cramped and all sharing a bathroom was sometimes awkward. I would have minded less if I was paying less, it seemed slightly overpriced to me - but then it was height of the summer season and in a city so maybe my expectations were too great.

The Location, wifi in room. The triple room was actually a double room with an extra bed crammed in the room. Breakfast was very poor with an unfriendly employee. The safe was extra small (I.E. unusable!). In general hotel is basic and would've been ok if the price was much lower but at this rate (190euros/night) I expected way much better quality.

“My husband and I loved this hotel. It was a very nice studio apartment located a few steps away from the Dumo. You really couldn't ask for a better location. And to top it off, the room we stayed in was beautiful. The room was stocked with food and drinks. There was a kitchen area with a dish washer and a clothes washer/dryer. If we ever return to Florence, this is where we would stay” Jacob, Hewitt |
