Nous avons aimé la propreté, l'emplacement idéal et le calme de l'hotel

Son emplacement idéal fait que le stationnement voiture est impossible avec cependant un service voiturier indépendant de l'hotel qui prend en charge la voiture pour 35 euros

Sa situation au coeur de la ville historique et des petites rues typiques avec restaurants ouverts même en cette saison avancée de fin Octobre.

Nous avons aimé le grand calme de notre chambre située sur cour intérieure et le calme de l'hôtel en général.Nous avons aussi apprécié les efforts des hôteliers pour parler français lors de nos passages en réception. A noter l'excellente localisation de cet hôtel en plein centre de la vieille ville.

Durant deux jours la salle de petit déjeuner était indisponible et nous avons eu un plateau continental dans la chambre alors qu'un buffet était inclus dans la réservation. A notre demande nous avons eu le second jour un fruit frais mais pas de yaourt. Dans un tel cas, il serait logique que yaourt, fruit frais et céréales soient proposés et montés en chambre à la demande.

Don't be put off by the side street in which the hotel resides. A few hundred yards from the Duomo, Benivieni had very friendly staff and excellently-appointed rooms (newly refurbished?).

Bed was too soft for my back and the shower cubicle was cramped and would not have accommodated a larger person at all.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and accomodating. We traveled with our two young girls (4 and 8), who loved the staff and hotel. The restaurant recommendations were amazing (food was excellent and the right environment for kids). You could not beat the location. Right in the middle of all the action, which is important when traveling with kids.

We didn't mind this, but it is a bit noisy (right next to the Duomo...which has amazing ringing bells), for people who need quiet. We didn't mind it and neither did our kids. Also, the walls are a bit thin so you could hear activity in nearby rooms...we were mostly worried about our kids playful screams bothering others.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and approachable and the location was both quiet but very convenient.

The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing and the hotel location was perfect for access to the main attractions in the centre of Florence.Will visit again for sure.

There was nothing to complain about at Benivieni.
