Meliá Genova is a prestigious 5-star hotel, 600 metres from the Fiera di Genova exhibition centre. It offers a free 190 m² wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath and hot tub. Rooms are elegantly designed and come with a 32" LCD TV, minibar and work area. Each one has a private bathroom. An Italian breakfast is served each morning at the Meliá. Its restaurant is open at lunch and dinner and serves innovative cuisine and a wide choice of wines. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the Renaissance church of Santa Maria Assunta. Everything While traveling with Your own car it will be parked by the hotel staff in a garage which is expensive and You do not know where it is.

Location They didn't have my booking at the front desk so had issues before this was eventually resolved. Dysfunctional blinds, cabled internet connection only. Furniture was beaten up. Lights in closet stayed on always. Phone messaging system got corrupted. A comedy of errors throughout my stay. Will not be back.

Very good hotel , very nice staff at the reception, very nice room , bed was so confortable. Very nice food at the restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet. Pool facility is a plus. They have very thin blinds, it was bright day light at 8.00 am in the bedroom , difficult to have a big sleep in. ( sorry i prefer the blackout blinds for my liking , it's just a personal preference )

Like this hotel so much. The room was pretty large and pleasant, the bed was very-very convenient, in the bathroom there was everything that we need, even body lotion. Location is nice too. The staff of the hotel is attentive. In the first evening (we came from France and wanted a true italian food) we asked the man on the reception about italian NON touristic restaurant, and he recommended us wonderful place, where we took really gourmet pleasure. And the price is one of the advantages too - it isn't high for such high hotel level. One small piece - the were slippers only for one person in our double room:)

The staff was very friendly and interested to make you confortable. They gave me details about the city and interesting sightseeings. The hotel was very clean and with a pleasant atmosphere that make you think that you are at home, especially because it was X-mas holidays period. The design of public spaces inside the hotel and of the room was very nice. The breakfast was very good and the service in the restaurant was very good, too.

Absolutely delightful. Everything you'd expect from a 4 to 5 star hotel. Spotless, everything worked, and upgrading to a deluxe room was a very good idea. The staff was very courteous, the rooms very well appointed. Nothing negative. If you don't mind a bit of a walk, the quiet residential neighborhood was great, albeit a bit outside the hub. This is something I wanted, so not a negative comment.

Le personnel est très agréable. La déco de l'hotel très jolie, La situation géographique est parfaite. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue gratuitement le dimanche et pour 30euros en semaine. On peut aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans la patisserie mangini via roma à pieds. C'est une jolie ballade. Le cadre de cette patisserie est très authentique et c'est une bonne alternative au petit déjeuner dans l'hotel que je n'aime pas en général. La piscine et le hamam sont très joli et ouverts de 7h à 21h!...

Di certo uno dei migliori hotel di Genova. Le torte preparate per la colazione dovrebbero essere migliorate e I dolci in generale. Mi spiace che il bagno turco per il mio soggiorno di due giorni non funzionava.

Pas grand chose. Personnel aimable mais peu compétent ou en tous les cas pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel. Chambres très peu chauffées. Salles de bains glacées dans les deux chambres. Souhaits non réalisés lors de notre arrivée.

Accueil performant, situation de l'hotel intéressante : à deux pas des principaux monuments tout en étant situé dans une rue calme et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses. La salle de bain agréable, bien pensé. Le plus de cet hotel réside dans l'existence d'une piscine intérieure et d'un hammam. Très bon séjour!
