Lunch is available from 12:30–14:30.
Dinner is served from 19:30– 23:00.
Each features a range of facilities including a desk and 32" LCD TV, high speed internet connection (at a charge) and three telephones.

Nice rooms, and fine design Useless Concierge advice for restaurants and general advice. Embarrasing slow service in restaurant (breakfast). Very low selection of food for breakfast considering I paid over eur 700 for one night. Why charge extras for watching a movie? |

Concierge was very kind and gave me good support for information about Genova. Hotel room was modern in style and kept very much clean. Unfortunately the refrigerator (mini-bar) was broken and drinks were very much warm. |

Excellent service from staff. Staff at the reception very professional and went beyond their "job description" to assist in making our stay better. The room is well equipped for a Hotel of its class. I would recommend it to anyone. |

Decoration, comfy room and walking distance to the centre 1. Restaurant, it is too expensive and the food it not that great. 2. The bellboy takes your luggage without asking....It's a 5 star but frequent travellers with a small bag for the weekend may want to walk alone to their room. 3. We asked for the turndown service and it never happened. 4. The spa is very small and it is not well equipped |

Personnel charmant et attentif au moindre désir, chambre impeccable, terrasse, spa, luxe et raffinement. Le prix du stationnement est un peu élevé 35euros, si l'on considère le nombre de places dans les rues autour de l'hôtel. |

La rénovation de qualité de l'établissement dans un style contemporain et chaleureux à la fois . J'étais déjà descendue dans cet hotel l'année de son ouverture et j'ai souhaité y retourner pour son confort moderne , pour le volume extraordinaire des chambres ; la qualité est restée la même . |
