Uitstekend hotel dat zijn 5 sterren meer dan waard is. Weg terug van centrum alleen lastig te vinden. Mooie grote kamers en heel bijzonder: een tv verwerkt in de badkamerspiegel. Nog nooit gezien. Ontbijt in verhouding wat mager. Alleen boterhammen en zoete croissants en weinig hartig beleg. |

Breakfast was excellent. Parking is appreciated even if expensive. The spa facilities are really enjoyable after a walk through the city. Difficullt to find a critic. However a bar at the top of the building with view over the city would be a "plus". The existing bar is small and a little dark. |

The staff could not have been more helpful and the room appointments/facilities etc were superb- Genova is also a wonderful city to visit . The restaurant dinner menu could perhaps benefit from a wider selection , given its 5* aspirations. |

we upgraded our room and it was amazing ...we had a ball to be honest though some local residents complained that we were noisy... i loved the hotel ...the suite we had was amazing though a little expensive...the girl that checked us in was incredibly professional |
