Excellent location, about 10min on foot from the Domo. Old building with charm, old elevator, but new mattress and bathroom! But the best about this place: the staff. Very helpful, friendly, they don't treat you as if you were the 257000th guest (though you might be).

The WiFi network seemed unreliable and complicated at first. Turned out I was given the wrong procedures by one of the lovely staff (OK, they're not perfect, but who is?). But the next day, everything worked.

Excellent location. We were given an entire suite!!!! Felt like staying in a flat.

Breakfast should have been included.

Comfortable beds; clean and spacious rooms. Not too far from the city centre.

Very basic design, no lock on toilet doors. Average bathroom.

Very helpful young man on reception who gave accurate useful information (bus times and so on). He came prepared us an early breakfast (as a surprise) when we left well before breakfast began. Lovely large room. There is a nearby bus stop which is a real bonus. Buses are inexpensive in Florence.

Shower was too low power to wash hair. Bathroom had no shelf for toiletries, a bit cramped. No coathangers in cupboard Beds very hard - and I like a firm bed

The room was very big.

The room had a funny smell.

Facility for leaving luggage after check out was good.

Theinterior design is quite beautiful

Slow and unstable Wi-Fi, water not hot enough for bathing, no hair dryer.....

Great movie channels in Italian and English. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Warm in the winter with easy access to local eateries and shopping. So easy to hop in a cab from there or walk to local museums.

price vs location and comfort level, plus free wifi that works

Don't let the outside deceive you. It may look like all an ordinary building, but inside is very well maintained. Nice, neat and quite grande in style. Staff were most helpful and supportive both before and during our stay, and they spoke great English. Rooms had good WiFi and Sky TV. Location not bad. Very close to Accademia (which house Michaelangelo's David), and about a 25 min walk into the centre of town

If I was to be picky, it would be that a rail/hook to hang towels or clothes inside the bathroom area would be handy. Pillow was very thin. I asked for an extra one which was approved, but a mix up with room numbers saw it never arrive. Not many great restaurants in immediate area, but only a short walk to some decent ones, various sights and good shopping areas. A laundry is close by.

Well everything was wonderful. The stuff were very nice , friendly and always ready to help. They were always very helpful. The hotel it's in a good location . Close to everything and u just enjoy the city. The only thing I didn't like was that my bathroom was down the hall. And my room wasn't what I booked . No colors on the wall and was too old. But for the price . Was ok . I love this place . Next summer I'll be there again. Thank you guys !!!!

good location, nice for weekend trip,bathroom was "shabby chic " but clean

It was a bit outside the city center, that is why it was quiet and less expensive. Nearby was a really good trattoria, Tito, we loved it very much.

If you arrive by car, please note that there is no free parking nearby, so a place in a parking is 20 euro for each 24hours.

The hotel staff is wonderful, excellent. They will try help you in the best way possible. They will solve not only problems directly related to your stay at their hotel, but basically anything: making other reservations, contacting other hotels, suggesting good places or just have a talk with you. They seem to have a keen interest in you and the quality of your stay. The rooms and common room is nice and we like their taste of music (jazz, chill, relax). If we would ever come back we would definitely stay at their hotel again.

This was a great value for the money! The propety was very clean and in a good location. The entry to the hotel is not real easy to find as the hotel is on the second floor of the building. Once you find it and get through the "not so nice" entry of the building, the hotel is very comfortable and clean.

Spacious rooms! They offered beverages near to supermarket prices, which was a first for us in Italy. The staff was welcoming and helpful; on staff 24 hrs (I believe). There was free wifi access and breakfast buffet for 5€ (which you cant get for that anywhere). There were large social and quite areas that people could meet.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room ( 6 ) suited our requirements and was great value for money. Thankyou for a great night, just wish I could have had a few more.

Staff excellent accommodating

Shredder toilet smelled like a landfill for long time after using. Internet access was difficult to use. Hotel elevator tiny & not available on check in. Desk is on 3rd floor had to carry bags up

Staff (Ricardo ) very knowledgable. Have me the entire city tour on a map before I even started! Professional.

Great staff! Very helpful with recommendations and directions. Nice breakfast each morning(continental style). We went early and got fresh made cappuccinos...not the ones from the machine:)

Smell in the bathroom after the shower---should of mentioned this to the staff but had forgotten about it.
