Very helpful and friendly proprietor and staff. Quietness. Good restaurant. The only problem is that the land route to Venice is through an industrial estate. I was aware of this, but not how ugly it was. While I would certainly recommend the hotel, I would also warn people about this. |

convenient location for exploring Venice and Brenta areas difficult to locate by road although they did provide a marked map once we arrived (bit late) - maybe this needs to be on the website? |

Friendly staff and very good service. We will come back next time we visit Venice.The Hotel is a real bargain. Very nice beeing able to park at the hotel and take the boat trip to Venizee. |

Very laud rooms, if next door was used one could jump of the bed thinking they emter his room, crying kids and laud conversations heared very easily. The size of the bed is a joke ! I am a slim person (54 kg) and i had a heck of trouble to stay asleep- my arms were falling of the bed and it was waking me up. I can't imagine a large person or a man to be comfortable in this bed. |

It's a family run business. This allowed me to meeet the owner and chat with him. Too far from major attractions (i.e. Venice). Inconveniently located if main purpose is to visit Venice. Breakfast was not included and we only learned this after having one breakfast. Owner, however, was kind enough to waive the breakfast we had and not charge it but we didn't have breakfast the next morning. |

Quiet and friendly staff. Not easy to find the hotel. Specially when you take bus to go there, the bus driver in Italy is not helping you and on top they don't have any indication which stop is now. |
