Front desk was very helpful and super friendly.
The location of the hotel is very accessible.
I think the beddings were not changed.
-great stuff on reception at night - two very friendly guys - really good, helped me with bus shedule -room has all what needs - soap, shower gel, hairdryer, tv -cleaning was very good, with fresh towels -location maybe not so calm but there always many people, and 1min to bus station to airport -could reccomend for max 2 nights, other will be not so comfortable
-very tiny bathroom (for big people could be a problem...) -noise (room was near reception) so you hear all guests movings - advice - take earplugs for ok sleep -wifi was terrible...(( In general - night staff made great impression. Wish u all good you 2 guys!^^
No WIFI inside the room... Toilet is very small... AC 5€ per night... No breakfast... 2single bed=queen bed...
The only thing we really liked about this Hotel was the location, staff and free Wi-Fi.
We were a group of 2 Adults and one 14 year old child. The room was very small and only just fit the beds into it. The bathroom was tiny and the shower filled up with water every time we had a shower therefore feeling like it was a bath. We found ourselves staying out all day as we didn't want to come back to the hotel too early. It was very old and out dated and even though it was a two star hotel I have stayed in much better two star hotels.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location just about perfect, being close to the station. We received excellent advice form the staff.
テルミニ駅から近く、地下鉄やトラムへのアクセスがよい。 スタッフの対応も親切だった。 Near from Termini Sta. and the public transport is accessible. The staff is friendly and kind.
立地上仕方ないが、テルミニ駅からホテルまでの道のりは、外国人がたむろしていて、雰囲気は良くない。 部屋の広さ・グレードは、ローマとしては値段相応。 Foreign workers hang out around the street, so the atmosphere is not so romantic. The size and the quality of the room is adequate to rent in Rome.
Staff Close to Roma Termini
Noise coming from outside Bed too small
- very very close to Termini station (5 minutes by walking) - clean, cozy rooms. - "family" feeling hotel - only a few rooms. not a big hotel complex - many many eating and entertainment facilities nearby. -
- very noisy at night too as our window was overlooking to the main street (for us it was OK, but it might be disturbing sometimes) - thin walls of the rooms - we could hear the neighbors as well.
Friendly and helpful stuff and good wi-fi signal. Close to the metro station.
Bad location (I didn't fell safe) in the noisy street. The cleaning lady moved our stuff (she didn't steal anything, but I don't understand why she needs to touch things on the table and put them in the drawer)!
Near to Railway Station and located at downtown. Very easy access to various heritage places
shower booth drain is not working when I checked in and next day it was fixed.
Close proximity to train station Very friendly and helpfull staff Room very clean
Bathroom a bit small
Excellent location good walking distance to sites, close to restaurants and train station, nice staff, cleaned room everyday
No fridge in room, double bed was two singles pushed together
The whole building is not in good shape, rooms seem very old and not clean,no air condition and no breakfast. I tried many hotels and BnB in Roma,i think you can find a better place.
I appreciated the location, hospitality of the staff, availability of wifi and hot water all the day, cleanliness of the room
During my vacation in Rome, It was hot and we had no air-conditionner, we had only a ventilator in the room but it was not enough.
Good location in the city centre near Termini station, very friendly staff, excellent value and quality
Location was great and hotel clean and staff super friendly. Great value for the price.
The hotel Bergamot is conveniently placed close to the main train station and metro station and also to Coliseum. Stuff is very hospitable and friendly)I had a small cosy room that was cleaned every day. So if you are are looking for a inexpensive but comfortable and quiet hotel, I suggest your staying at Bergamo
This little hotel located near the Termini station, lots of shops and restaurants around. The room was fully-equipped. The staffs were nice and welcoming. House keeping was great.
There we spent extra 20 eros for the two-nights' air conditioning service.
Internet signal is bad in the room, had to stand by the door
I stayed in this hotel one night because I had an early flight. This is not a 5-stars hotel, but it is clean and decent. Maybe not the best option if you want to stay in Rome longer. The staff is very kind.
The building is full of other hotels, but there is no sign advertising this hotel in the front of the building.
If you go to Bergamo, you need to pay 10 EURO per every night for air conditioner.
Great location. Friendly staff.
LOcation in approximiaty to Railway station. The rate was good.
Noisy area at night, No ac in my room, Breakfast not included, bed very bad
