Staff Close to Roma Termini
Noise coming from outside Bed too small
- very very close to Termini station (5 minutes by walking) - clean, cozy rooms. - "family" feeling hotel - only a few rooms. not a big hotel complex - many many eating and entertainment facilities nearby. -
- very noisy at night too as our window was overlooking to the main street (for us it was OK, but it might be disturbing sometimes) - thin walls of the rooms - we could hear the neighbors as well.
Close proximity to train station Very friendly and helpfull staff Room very clean
Bathroom a bit small
Excellent location good walking distance to sites, close to restaurants and train station, nice staff, cleaned room everyday
No fridge in room, double bed was two singles pushed together
The whole building is not in good shape, rooms seem very old and not clean,no air condition and no breakfast. I tried many hotels and BnB in Roma,i think you can find a better place.
I appreciated the location, hospitality of the staff, availability of wifi and hot water all the day, cleanliness of the room
During my vacation in Rome, It was hot and we had no air-conditionner, we had only a ventilator in the room but it was not enough.
Good location in the city centre near Termini station, very friendly staff, excellent value and quality
Location was great and hotel clean and staff super friendly. Great value for the price.
The hotel Bergamot is conveniently placed close to the main train station and metro station and also to Coliseum. Stuff is very hospitable and friendly)I had a small cosy room that was cleaned every day. So if you are are looking for a inexpensive but comfortable and quiet hotel, I suggest your staying at Bergamo
This little hotel located near the Termini station, lots of shops and restaurants around. The room was fully-equipped. The staffs were nice and welcoming. House keeping was great.
There we spent extra 20 eros for the two-nights' air conditioning service.
Internet signal is bad in the room, had to stand by the door
I stayed in this hotel one night because I had an early flight. This is not a 5-stars hotel, but it is clean and decent. Maybe not the best option if you want to stay in Rome longer. The staff is very kind.
The building is full of other hotels, but there is no sign advertising this hotel in the front of the building.
If you go to Bergamo, you need to pay 10 EURO per every night for air conditioner.
Great location. Friendly staff.
LOcation in approximiaty to Railway station. The rate was good.
Noisy area at night, No ac in my room, Breakfast not included, bed very bad
the price is so great for deal, hotel staffs are friendly, by the way, one of the young staff share the drinks with us, we chat about life, just like friends, bathroom is clean, TV and electric fan are available, there is a lift for carrying luggage, good location for transaport, near by Rome termini and restaurant and pharmacy.
no air conditioner, abyway I know the level of hotel is affordable for this price, but soooooooooo hot, in the evening, it will be better, I feel a little of noisy outside, becasue it is nearby main road, many cars. By the way, everytime, hotel staffs will tell us to leave the key for reception when we go out, I know it is safe but uncomfort really.
The location. And the staff were ok.
How long have you got? Noise. The smell coming from the back of the hotel. The bathroom was very small had to put my legs around the sink to go to the toilet and don't even ask about the shower. Things were falling apart all over. Did I mention the noise. Creaky bed. No air con.
Hotel is very near to Termini station and have very good staff. Rooms are ok for the price you are paying so nothing to complain about.
Conveniently located near Termini station, staff was helpful, cleanliness OK, overall I guess alright for a 2 star hotel for just 2 nights.
Bathroom small, furnishings very basis in the single room, very noisy because of traffic and no air-conditioning, just a table fan that was not helpful. Price is too high for what they offer - not even a continental breakfast
They have free wifi and clean the rooms everyday. As the hotel is next to their main train station it is easy to get to the airport or tourist points really easily. McDonald's is round the corner and there is a supermarket with other restaurants close. The staff speak excellent English and have adapters if you forget one.
The TV didn't have an English option except for MTV music.
Location near Termini
Staff attitude, lack of cleanliness
location perfect for getting around in Rome, hotel staff very helpful and 24/7;
tiny bathroom, flexibilty required!
the best undeniable amenity of this accommodation is the location near the termini central station in Rome... the staff helpfulness is satisfactory... some good facilities nearby...
the location which is the best asset of this hotel has also some negative sides especially because of the noise from the street 24/7... the most annoying thing is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms which is truly penalizing... small bathroom...
good one based on money and location. safe to stay
