it's really hard to find it. No sign.

Location,50m from Roma-Termini

Very clean. The staff were very accommodating. Central to the train. Close to good eating Restaurants.

No jug in the room for morning coffee!

The place is right by Termini Station and it has some places to eat that are cheap. The room was small but for 40 euros it wasn't bad. The place had heat, hot running water, a television with italian channels and the man who checked me in was pretty nice.

Finding the place took me a bit longer than I wanted it to take. It doesn't have a big and fancy sign like the other hotels. It has another hotel in the same building so go up the stairs to the right when you walk in. The place is fine for what it is.

Extremely clean--a real relief to find this in a big, bustling, not-necessarily-very-clean city like Rome. Easy to find, great to have an elevator, very comfortable. Appreciated being close to Termini due to our travel plans.

Generally, it's ok at each aspect, especially the location, where convenient to train station and airport bus station.

Location Value for money

Shower - no hot water. Noise. The hotel is in a very large building and one night there was constant noise all night. Nothing to do with the hotel. Seemed to be people up and down in the lift.

Really close to Termini Station. Value was good. My room was clean and efficent.

Originally booked 3 rooms. There was a sewage back up and one of the rooms was flooded w/ sewage water. My friend was disgusted and checked out and left. 2 rooms stayed. When we ck'd out they tried to charge us for the 3rd room. Seems the guy working(owners son) lied and said that my friend never checked out. Thankfully "Ali" that was there when we were cking out called the owner and they agreed in the end they would not charge my credit card.. We shall see

The room was lovely and smelt fresh and clean. It was also very close to Termini but still offered a private and quiet atmosphere. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was quite low and the shower head was set VERY high up and hard to reach to adjust. Would actually have preferred a hand-held shower head.

I liked the friendliness oft the staff,cleanliness and simplicity of the room and the location.I thought it very good value for money.I will stay there again.

The location is great, very central, really close to Termini Station. The staff is helpful and, although the building is old, the room was not uncomfortable at all.

The bathroom had a slightly bad smell, that the staff "solved" giving us an air freshener can!

Thank you for your kindness that allow us to leave the luggages for free and clean our room every day and the receptionists are very friendly

Hotel is good located and almost 1 min to metro station (Termini) on foot. You can go anywhere easily. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I recommend !!

Hotel is in the main street therefore cars make noise at night. But it wasn't a big problem for me. No breakfast.

Cheap and good location

It takes long time for warm water during shower, and it was very weak.

The place was good since it was near the station to take early morning bus to airport.
