This hotel is a small, very clean and well run family hotel, only a few yards away from the local bus service to centre of Bergamo, which takes about 15 minutes and cost's just € 2.1 return |

The staff were brilliantly nice, they speak english which is one thing i am so estatic about, the rooms are sooooooooooooooo romantically nice, the room facilities, the tv, the A/C, the mini bar, the air dryer the toilet, the lights, the blinds, the buffet breakfast was amazingggggggggggggggg, the staff made me nice capuccino coffe, i am so proud of the berg hotel and i would love to come back soon. the only thing, i would like to say is, the hotel is easy to reach from orio al serio airport , just by 2 buses like the hotel staff helped with while i was checking out, thus, kindly make a full description of this on the hotel website, like taking a bus from orio al serio airport to cita alta and then another bus to the traffic lights just by the hotel and walking down, this is just around 4 euros, compared to taking a taxi for 16 euro. this will make u get more customers when they know its easy to reach with less than 5 euros. |

Airport is near, crew and service is excellent, rooms are tidy and comfortable. Parking place is available, shopping center and city is near as well. |

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and pleasant staff. The staff are willing to assist in any way possible. The rooms were clear, moderate in size and modern. |

The hotel owner is very hospitable, rooms are clean and rates are reasonable. Although outside city center, the public transport is convenient and if you do your homework checking the transport map, it's quite easy to find the hotel. |

I was only there overnight on route to Krakow, so didn't really see very much. The hotel was modern and comfortable. Most importantly for me it was close to the airport. |

Staff are fabulous, great welcome, even when we got there late Yes its close to the airport but then that makes it convenient too. Its not Heathrow after all. |

I was a bit suprised about the costs of the taxi from the airport, which was higher than I was told on the email. However, from previous posts I should have known that everyone will be ripped off for a taxi from bergamo airport.... |

staff very accomodating and very friendly- No problemn was an issue. Stored our bikes and gave us early breakfast so we could do Gran Fondo and then had late checkout so we could shower after Gran Fondo - excellent service! |

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable: minimalist, clean and good quality. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful and in very good order. A lovely place to stay. |
