I was only there overnight on route to Krakow, so didn't really see very much. The hotel was modern and comfortable. Most importantly for me it was close to the airport. |

Staff are fabulous, great welcome, even when we got there late Yes its close to the airport but then that makes it convenient too. Its not Heathrow after all. |

I was a bit suprised about the costs of the taxi from the airport, which was higher than I was told on the email. However, from previous posts I should have known that everyone will be ripped off for a taxi from bergamo airport.... |

staff very accomodating and very friendly- No problemn was an issue. Stored our bikes and gave us early breakfast so we could do Gran Fondo and then had late checkout so we could shower after Gran Fondo - excellent service! |

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable: minimalist, clean and good quality. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful and in very good order. A lovely place to stay. |

Very clean and personable staff Because it took over two hours to find it, we were not in the best mood when checking into hotel. They do not allow food in rooms, but desk attendant took pity on our group and obliged us for take-in pizza. Not near any restaurants. |
