L'acceuil, les conseils et la disponibilité du personnel, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très bien (confort et décoration), la proximité du centre, le prix. La seule chose à noter ici est l'insonorisation, on entend le bruit de la rue et ce qui se passe dans l'entrée de l'hotel mais notre chambre était en face de l'acceuil et de l'autre côté bordée par la rue. Toutes les chambres ne présentent pas forcément ce désagrément et même si c'est à noter, nous n'avons pas réellement été dérangés pour dormir, surtout après les heures de promenade dans la ville |

Hotel staff were very friendly. The Location - the area was a bit rough, a lot of drunk / homeless people wondering around at the hotel entrance. The breakfast was absolutely terrible! |

Great Hotel, and very good price.Francesca en Paolo (owners of the hotel) were very kind and helpfull with everything.The room and bathroom was big and clean.The airconditioner worked just fine.The breakfast was also very good, and the breakfastroom is very cosy.It was like feeling at home, and Francesca did her best to make you feel like home.And it worked. |

Friendly helpful staff. We thought the breakfasts were fine, and Francesca explained that she would love to serve fresh bread rolls but the rules are that everything has to be packaged in plastic! The bus from Pisa airport goes to the train station which is five minutes walk from the hotel. You'll need ear-plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open (or possibly if you don't), but it's right in the city centre so can't be helped. |

Paolo and Francesca were simply outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel like i'm at home. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from the Firenze SMN station, which made it a breeze to take day trips. The hotel also has a small elevator, which is really convenient if you've got luggage. The street that the hotel is on is fairly busy, so it could still be quite noisy even at night. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful (and spoke English). It is a small hotel and they care about their guests. The rooms were beautiful, immaculate, air-conditioned and spacious for a great price. Hotel is near the train station and just a short walk to most sites. I highly recommend Hotel Berna. |

I liked the rooms, they all are different and nicely decorated with old fashioned furniture but the bathrooms are new and spotless. Staff at the hotel is really friendly and welcoming There is no full time reception and no contact number available all the time in case of any problem during the stay, so you have to wait until someone turns up |

Room is so spacious and the hotel location is very closed to the main station. The hotel sign is not clear and the hotel is actually located at the third floor of the building. Also, the breakfast can be improved. |
