The hotel is close to the train station and that was really convenient for me. It was clean with large bathroom and nice antique furniture in the bedroom. The stuff was nice especially the girl with the black hair (i think Emmanuella is her name). She explained to us everything we must see, where trey are and how to get there. She booked us the tickets for Academia and Uffizi and she informed us about a terrific group excursion around 3 cities of Toscany -Siena/ a Winery & San Gimignano/ Pisa- all in 1 day with launch included with guide ( Claudia)that costed only 80 Euro (if u have the chance do it,it's great). It's a floor-hotel, I think you should know this. The entrance of the hotel scares you a little bit, because it doesn't look like a hotel. Also the elevator. But when you reach the floor and enter the reception you realise that everything is ok. |

The receptionist was helpful. The room had interesting decorations and was well equipped with safe, fridge, etc. It is a single floor in a building, rather than a whole building, so watch out for that. It was little bit noisy but only during rush hours. Didn't stop us sleeping. |

Wonderfully attentive staff, extremely comfortable and clean room, excellent location only 2mins walk from rail and bus station. Really friendly, made me feel welcome from my first minute there till I left. The breakfast was pretty poor and definitely not value for money (8Euros extra per day.) The rooms tha face out onto the main street are noisy as the street is very busy. |

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, and the train station is just 50m away. The staff (Francesca, in particular) were very friendly and helpful and the hotel very clean. The prices were very reasonable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Hotel staff were very friendly. The Location - the area was a bit rough, a lot of drunk / homeless people wondering around at the hotel entrance. The breakfast was absolutely terrible! |

Friendly helpful staff. We thought the breakfasts were fine, and Francesca explained that she would love to serve fresh bread rolls but the rules are that everything has to be packaged in plastic! The bus from Pisa airport goes to the train station which is five minutes walk from the hotel. You'll need ear-plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open (or possibly if you don't), but it's right in the city centre so can't be helped. |

Paolo and Francesca were simply outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel like i'm at home. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from the Firenze SMN station, which made it a breeze to take day trips. The hotel also has a small elevator, which is really convenient if you've got luggage. The street that the hotel is on is fairly busy, so it could still be quite noisy even at night. |
