Location, lobby, spacious room and bathroom The room needs redecorating. I would expect the room to include coffee- tea making facilities and free wifi. The fitness room is very poor. I think the price - average - $250 should include breakfast.

The single great thing in this hotel is location, you can reach by feet any shop or restaurant in 5-10 minutes Our room was called renovated, but it was very old, and very smal, cleaning was bad so all the furniture was in dust, and bathroom was very used. We tried to spend less time in the room because it was totally uncomfortable

The staff was very professional, efficient, warm, and friendly. They were the best part about our stay. After the first 3 nights we complained about our room and they immediately gave us an upgrade to another room. Concierge service was very good as they suggested a different restaurant for us each night and then made the reservation. Also helped with a reservation at the Borghese gallery and secured an excellent guide for a day at the Coliseum and Forum. Rooms were run down and I felt that it was very overpriced

Most of the staff was very friendly, efficient and professional.We stayed for 2 nights, went south and were coming back and wanted to stay again.We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite. Lovely breakfast, elegant hotel and amazing location. Super easy for the car too.at the base of the Via Veneto, so we could walk everywhere. The wi-fi is very cumbersome, but at least they have it!!

The hotel was located close to the Spanish Steps and Trevvi Fountain the tour bus stop was right across the street and the roof top restaurant and views across Rome were outstanding. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were also given complimentary champagne as it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, so they read and acted on the comments i made on booking asking for a nice room as it was a special occasion. The breakfast that was included was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would reccomend and could be used for sightseeing or a business meeting as they have conference facilities. Taxi's are plentiful outside the hotel, but all attractions are within walking distance. Check out the rooftop restaurant at dusk very romantic

The hotel is definitely not worth the money that you have to pay for it. The staff except for housekeeping is not friendly, if not to say arrogant, we had to wait for the drinks and the bill 20 minutes. Paying 400 euros per room per night you expect more. The only advantage is the convinient location.

Расположение - очень удачное! рядом достаточно магазинчиков. До фонтана Треви и Испанской лестницы можно дойти пешком. Рядом есть агенство для аренды машин. Брали одну, не пожалели, потому что было очень выгодно и удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. В плане расположения отеля вопросов не возникает. Хорошо убирают номера, да и сам сервис в отеле очень хороший. Всегда готовы помочь. Когда уезжали, пытались добавить лишние напитки в мини-баре, которые мы не брали. Хорошо, что проверили, все потом сразу убрали. Также за интернет пытались взять лишние деньги. Взяли всего 1 час, а они пытались посчитать за 3 часа. Тоже потом скорректировали. Больше вопросов не возникало.

Localizacao excelente... Preço do cafe da manha, poderia ser compativel com os bares que tem a sua volta... Em torno de 10 euros e nao os 33 euros que eles cobram...

La ubicación. Está cercano al centro histórico y zona de compras y tiene buenos transportes públicos (metro y bus) La decoración es algo antigüa y la habitación estaba escasa de ilumi- nación, todo lo demás muy bien.

Cortesia dos funcionários, localização, vista do terraço Conexão internet falhou no primeiro dia (alegaram que a falha era em todo o centro de Roma), cara e lenta depois. Café-da-manhã caro demais. Tive de mudar de apartamento pois o primeiro, situado no 7 andar era muito barulhento até de madrugada por estar situado embaixo do bar e da cozinha. Cheiro de comida nos corredores.

Otima localuzacao Perto de metro, taxi, pontos turisticos e excelentes restaurantes. O cafe da manha quando chega 10:30h eles recolhem tudo que estiver pela frente, e os funcionarios, apesar de educados, nao se preocupam em serem gentis...

вид из окна и местоположение. отель очень старый. очень. это максимум 3 звезды, а не 5. были очень разочарованы. переночевали 1 ночь (с 31 декабря на 1 января 2012 г.) в номере стоимостью практически 500€, а на следующий день уехали в другой. прекрасного в номере за эти деньги был только вид из окна.. все остальное - обшарпанное; на стенах уже давно выцветшая ткань, которая, кроме того, местами усеяна пятнами; на портьерах вверху все покрыто пылью; плинтуса в прямом смысле отваливаются; было 2 маленьких жк телевизора, но они были действительно маленькими; Wi-Fi - платный...и тд.

We loved the location and the beautiful facility. We also loved the restaurant on top of the hotel and it's romantic view. The price was a bit steep. I would have liked a free wifi and free breakfast rspecially for the price.

Good Location near Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Good view from Rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge Staff bored. Very tip orientated. Went to Rooftop for cocktail at sunset. Slow service. A wedding party appeared within about 1/2 hour and filed the area where we were sitting. There was no mention, or sign that a private party was booked. In general, I'd say offhand service.
