No Restaurant nearby
Near Roma termini. Very clean. On the sixth floor which has a lift. But if you dont do lifts (like me) then you get quite fit! Good for the price.
Walking distance from the Coliseum, the Pantheon, Fontanna di Trevi or Piazza Navona and 2 min walk from main train/bus/metro station in Rome with frequent buses to both airport. Many cafe and restaurant around as well. Plus staff and facilities are great.
There is no sign of the hotel in the street so you have to go by the number in the street.
Good location (5 min from railway station), easy to find, very small and quiet hotel, just a few comfortable rooms. It seems we were there alone.
The staff are really kind and enthusiastic. They would like to help us to deal with any problem. As long as I made a request, they did their best to help me. For example, I got a prompt reply each time I asked a question. It is really important and useful for me to arrange the trip. It saved me quite a lot of time.
so convenient to the Roma Termini and the Metro A and B lines; within walking distance of the National Museum and the Diocletian Baths.
all was fine
Good location for termini and cheap eats.
Wi fi was unreliable and place was missing some basic necessities (no kettle, bar fridge, bottle opener etc) that would be expected for the price
All! It is very good place for staying for short trips
Sometimes didn't work a lift, for us it was normal
Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern bathroom
The location is in a very "seedy" area. I would be willing to pay more for a place that is in a safer location. Walking in the area late at night gives one a very uneasy feeling. When getting into the building at night, people were following us in - we asked them if they lived there, but how would we know anyway? Also, the rooms were quite simple and the beds were just okay. The rooms are located on the top floor of the building and when we arrived, the lift was broken (it was fixed the next day).
Location, clean room
1. No reception all time so cannot contact any staffs. If has any problem, we have to call directly to owner's mobile phone. 2. We found problem at main door which key cannot open it and we have to wait for 1.5 hour until the owner came to fix it. 3.Towel wasn't changed even though we noted "please make up clean room" and put towel at sink for new one but staffs didn't change it.
Great service. Couldn't have been more friendly. We were even guided to the nearest restaurants and showed the metro system. We loved it there. Very clean, great shower and great room.
We had no problems.
Really liked everything!! First, understand that this 4-room hotel is a recently-converted 6th-floor apartment. And, no doubt, the rooms are spartan: bed(s), nightstands, closet, desk & private bathroom (big shower; lots of hot water) -- but, everything is brand-new and immaculate (heating/cooling unit is fast and quiet). Some reviewers have complained about the location -- yes, street isn't "the Ritz;" however, on the positive side, it has to be the least trafficked street in a very busy part of Rome (location is great -- easily walkable to virtually all Rome's attractions [the Vatican ... maybe not so much]). Very secure front door; fast elevator; secure door to hotel's common area; secure room door (3 keys in all). If you have one of the 3 rooms facing the back courtyard, the nights are almost too quiet; if you have the one room facing the side alley, I'd imagine it is equally as quiet. Bed linens were high-quality and changed every other day (nice!). Wifi was flawlessly received in my room and fairly fast (.3Gb upload; 6Gb download -- plenty fast for FaceTiming and Skyping). Even the HDTV, although small (19"?), didn't disappoint -- tons of Italian stations -- and a few that, if you pressed the "Menu" button on the remote, allow you to toggle to English audio (watched quite a few bedtime episodes of Law & Order, Columbo, Magnum, etc. on channels 6, 22 and 39). If you're looking for a great accommodations value (clean, quiet, comfortable, private, secure, affordable) while in Rome, THIS IS IT!!!
Room size good , good security, air-condition good , location good
No room service , no hot water, no tea, no sugar , no kittle . Area full of black Africans , bigladish , chainisaze , area around there dirty ...
Room size , air condition , security , fair location , cleanses ..towels . TV ..
6th floor , no food , no telephone . No hot water , no kittle . Size of lift . Price fair , not good to room service ..
Near the Termini Station (most important station in Rome).
The neighborhood illumination is a bit dark, which makes the access a little strange (specially if you are arriving at night). However, nothing happened.
Clean, no frills hotel.
There was an air condition and it was warm, it had hot water
bad Location, i had to pay when i checked in. It was not a hotel but rooms at an apartment building with no receptionist.
Good location ( nearby Termini Station), clean and quiet.
'Best Holidays in Rome' is a new, clean, modern place to stay close to Termini station.Sights can be easily reached on foot or by one of the numerous buses departing from there. The staff is really kind, helpful, attentive and flexible. We had the possibility to leave the luggage there safe on the day of departure after check-out and enjoy our last day.We would highly recommend it, you should choose this place for your stay if you want 'Best Holidays in Rome'. Thank you so much, Grazie, Köszönjük! Monika and Robert, a young couple from Hungary
Cheap and located near by the train station. Staff is friendly.
Best location. Value for money. Lots of Indian food around the hotel. Superb location.
Very good location, quiet , clean, friendly staff. Fair price. Room was better than we were expecting big bathroom.
The hotel is new and clean! The room was a nice size and had a couch and brand new furniture. Its a five minute walk to the termini station- very convenient. The price is very reasonable and you really get good value for your money.
Its on the sixth floor and on our last day the elevator got stuck. The WIFI was not very good.
Great offer and value, clean and good looking place
Super friendly and helpful staff, room and bathroom were very nice and clean
No luggage storage
