Great Pool and nice hotel from the price You need a car as its in the middle of nowhere and the nearest local restauarant in walking distance should be avoided at all costs - horrible but some nice ones a short drive away

The room was of a decent size for four people, and, although old- fashioned, it was in a quite good condition, except for the air condition. The swimming pool was big and clean and my children enjoyed it a lot. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff very polite: we asked for a quite late room-service delivery and they accommodated our request, although the kitchen was already closed. The food was very good. Our room over-looked green fields and a small stream.

Freezing temperature in the room due to the fact that the aircondition could only be controlled by the reception and they couldn't manage to increase the temperature in our room. In the end we had to ask them to turn it completely off, so we spent the rest of the night sweating: we couldn't open the window because of the constant train noises. We were under the impression when we booked that no train passes by in these days, but were wrong! Indeed trains keep passing all day long, but the sound didn't really bother us. The hotel is a bit off course for people without a car. Staff at the reception were somehow indifferent, as if they didn't understand completely what we were telling them, though not rude.

Breakfast very limited, non-smoking room smelled of smoke

Room size was very good. Swimming pool was clean and large.

Restaurant menu had very limited options for children. Location gave very limited alternatives for dinner.

The hotel was clean andtidy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

We booked the hotel as it was close to the airport. However it was very difficult to reach without a car from Verona. The website doesn,t mention buses at all( we found out there is a bus from verona to the village) after we'd got there. If we'd stayed in Verona and got the airport bus we'd have saved our selves 40 euros

Kids enyoy fitness, sauna and swiming pool. It is nice hotel.

Breakfast was poor - no warm things except coffe or tea. The quantity of food was poor.

Very nice hotel, not too big, with nice facilities such as a large swimming pool with well equipped terraces, very clean fitness/sauna area and a restaurant. Breakfast is rather basic. The hotel is located just outside Verona but offers a little bus shuttle to VRN airport (10 min.), to Verona center and the railway station (15 min.) with direct lines to Garda Lake (15 mins.) and Venice. At 10 min. walking distance, in the center of the town Lugagnano, there is a bus stop to VRN and a couple of local restaurants.

Train railway passes close to the hotel ; can be noisy during some times of the day but no problem at night or during the weekend.

Con la camera superior era possibile il check-out tardivo alle ore 14.00 e la colazione in camera senza maggiorazioni di prezzo. Il personaole è molto disponibile.

Definirei l'hotel un 3 stelle, più che 4. L'aria condizionata era disattivabile/attivabile solo chiamando la reception. Per la colazione in camera l'ordinazione va fatta presto la sera precedente. Il pavimento della vasca/doccia era molto scivoloso.

Licht im Zimmer defekt, Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, Reperatur trotz Zusage ist innerhalb der 3 Tage Aufenthalt nicht erfolgt. Obwohl eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden war, wurde sie nicht auf unseren Wunsch hin aktiviert.
