Best Western Hotel Antico Termine  

The location was perfect for.my needs and the hotel shuttle to the airport and to Verona was great as I had no car

Nice comfortable rooms and pleasent stuff, but very loud ventilation (hard to sleep), poor breakfest and probelmatic heating (dinning room)...

The room was of a decent size for four people, and, although old- fashioned, it was in a quite good condition, except for the air condition. The swimming pool was big and clean and my children enjoyed it a lot. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff very polite: we asked for a quite late room-service delivery and they accommodated our request, although the kitchen was already closed. The food was very good. Our room over-looked green fields and a small stream.

Freezing temperature in the room due to the fact that the aircondition could only be controlled by the reception and they couldn't manage to increase the temperature in our room. In the end we had to ask them to turn it completely off, so we spent the rest of the night sweating: we couldn't open the window because of the constant train noises. We were under the impression when we booked that no train passes by in these days, but were wrong! Indeed trains keep passing all day long, but the sound didn't really bother us. The hotel is a bit off course for people without a car. Staff at the reception were somehow indifferent, as if they didn't understand completely what we were telling them, though not rude.

Breakfast very limited, non-smoking room smelled of smoke

Room size was very good. Swimming pool was clean and large.

Restaurant menu had very limited options for children. Location gave very limited alternatives for dinner.

The hotel was clean andtidy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

We booked the hotel as it was close to the airport. However it was very difficult to reach without a car from Verona. The website doesn,t mention buses at all( we found out there is a bus from verona to the village) after we'd got there. If we'd stayed in Verona and got the airport bus we'd have saved our selves 40 euros

Kids enyoy fitness, sauna and swiming pool. It is nice hotel.

Breakfast was poor - no warm things except coffe or tea. The quantity of food was poor.

La comodità della camera e dei servizi in generale, la posizione rispetto all'aeroporto, l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Vicinanza al Valerio Catullo di Verona, pulizia delle camere.

Un albergo così vicino all'aeroporto dovrebbe cominciare a servire la colazione prima delle ore 07.00.

Albergo nuovo molto carino, bello l'arredamento, pulito, personale gentile e disponibile

L'unico neo, la colazione cosi' cosi', non so se e' dovuto al fatto che c'erano le festivita' natalizie, comunque devono organizzarsi diversamente, il cameriere ultra gentile e simpatico.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
