uima-allas, shuttlebussi, ystävällinen henkilökunta Kylpyhuoneessa ei suihkusaippuaa eikä shampoota, vain pieni saippuanappi ja suihkumyssy. Ei huonekohtaista ilmastointia, piti erikseen pyytää vastaanottoa laittamaan ilmastointi päälle. Nettiyhteyttä ei ollut oleskelumme aikana, Minibaari = muutama kallis vesipullo + yksi olut. Junarata aivan vieressä. Neljä tähteä aivan liikaa tälle hotellille. Noin 2-3 tähteä olisi oikea. |

Hankala löytää koska samalla osoitteella löytyy paikka myös Veronan puolelta. ystävällinen henkilökunta,siistit huoneet ja sijainti meille hyvä. Ammupalalla olisi voinut olla enemmän suolaista ja kasviksia. |

Adequate Bathroom facilities. Checking out. Everything was a problem for the majority of staff who were generally rude and curt when standard requests were made . The Hotel information booklet in the room says that things like ice/ tea coffee making are available and you can request from reception however when requests are made staff will roll their eyes and generally indicate that they are not happy. The website advertises that there is a free shuttle but it is only on offer in the mornings and not in the evening to come back from a day out. Taxis are quite expensive from the city. Breakfast selection is quite poor with bread and pastries not really very fresh and poor quality fruit. |

This is an excellent hotel, great rooms, fantastic pool, countryside location, close to Verona by car. Clean, staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. It is close to the rail tracks so there is some noise every few minutes but it would not bother us. |

Pretty nice surroundings with large areas of fruit trees close to the hotel. Nice view from the room. Pool area is nice. Free parking. Not a 4 star hotel at all. Poor breakfast. Poor staff and poor welcoming. Although located in the countryside, it´s a noisy place. Rooms are poorly sound isolated and noise from the hotel guests and the passing high speed trains disturbs the peace. Old furniture in rooms. Air Conditioning controlled from the reception only. A 20 minute drive to Verona. Taxi will cost 20-25 Euro. Shuttle service only in the morning. |

it is cool and clean there ius a suggestion it is an airport hotel. It is not. It is far away and unreachable. You need a car. Even the village is far away.It is an isolated place also far from the city. My taxi expenses to go there and to the airport are as high as the hotel rpice |

It should be information,in case of some bigger groupe in the hotel, it is need to calculate with limited seats in hotel´s restaurant for dinner and arrange it itself in different place than hotel´s restaurant |

The free shuttle bus to Verona, public transport takes around 30 minutes back to the hotel. The swimming pool. Helpfulness of staff. Rooms were well maintained.The breakfast had enough variety to keep 4 children under 9 happy. Restaurant was very functional, it would have been good to at least have lights turned down a little for dinner. The train line was extremely close to the hotel and trains do run from at least 4.30am.... The pool wasn't heated, so being April was a little chilly - only husband and 3 children braved it! |
