Uitstekend ontbijt, heerlijk zwembad. De bediening was uitstekend de ober was een aanwinst voor het bedrijf, geen opdracht was hem te veel en alles werd netjes en indien mogelijk met humor gebracht. Ook werden drankjes aan het zwembad niet extra belast met een opslag zoals we in de grote steden wel vaak tegen zijn gekomen als het drankje wordt aangegeven vanaf de bar. |

Nette, vrij ruime kamers - hotel ligt buiten het centrum van Verona, maar dat heeft dan weer als voordeel dat het er rustig is. Een wagen is nodig om het vlot te bereiken vanuit de stad. Het ontbijt is verzorgd. Het is een ideaal hotel voor een tussenstop of voor een citytrip naar Verona als je zelf met de wagen bent. |

Buiten de koffie een redelijk ontbijt. Slecht werkende, luidruchtige airco. Heel slecht geslapen door benauwde lucht. Hotel ligt vlak langs drukke spoorlijn.Verschrikkelijk vieze koffie bij ontbijt en onvriendelijke baliemedewerker bij ontvangst die geen uitleg over de algemene zaken gaf. |

De kamer was keurig, goede bedden. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en spraken ook Engels. De bediening in het restaurant en op het terras zeer vriendelijk. De koffie die geschonken werd bij het ontbijt was geen aanrader, helaas. |

Adequate Bathroom facilities. Checking out. Everything was a problem for the majority of staff who were generally rude and curt when standard requests were made . The Hotel information booklet in the room says that things like ice/ tea coffee making are available and you can request from reception however when requests are made staff will roll their eyes and generally indicate that they are not happy. The website advertises that there is a free shuttle but it is only on offer in the mornings and not in the evening to come back from a day out. Taxis are quite expensive from the city. Breakfast selection is quite poor with bread and pastries not really very fresh and poor quality fruit. |

This is an excellent hotel, great rooms, fantastic pool, countryside location, close to Verona by car. Clean, staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. It is close to the rail tracks so there is some noise every few minutes but it would not bother us. |

Pretty nice surroundings with large areas of fruit trees close to the hotel. Nice view from the room. Pool area is nice. Free parking. Not a 4 star hotel at all. Poor breakfast. Poor staff and poor welcoming. Although located in the countryside, it´s a noisy place. Rooms are poorly sound isolated and noise from the hotel guests and the passing high speed trains disturbs the peace. Old furniture in rooms. Air Conditioning controlled from the reception only. A 20 minute drive to Verona. Taxi will cost 20-25 Euro. Shuttle service only in the morning. |

it is cool and clean there ius a suggestion it is an airport hotel. It is not. It is far away and unreachable. You need a car. Even the village is far away.It is an isolated place also far from the city. My taxi expenses to go there and to the airport are as high as the hotel rpice |

you must ask him to operate the air-condition ,most of them they cannot speak English, breakfast was basic to 4* hotel and you must order what you want like (eggs ) |
