The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. One of the drivers was was exceptionally good. I don't know his name but he had gray hair and was from England. |

Good Shower, especially for Italy. There was a full sized bathtub and the water pressure was fine. The room was small but larger than all the other Best Westerns we stayed at in Italy (3). Free shuttle to and from the airport. The resturant was not open late, even for room service. The bartender trier real hard to feed us but it was real skimpy, even by European standards. |

I appreciated the free shuttle to Malpensa International Airport. The restaurant was very nice with helpful staff. My wife and I wish the lounge and bar was open the entire afternoon for food and drink. |

Stayed for two nights before catching plane for Paris. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, helpful staff. Enjoyed it and am going to stay there again. Had a bit of trouble finding it but once we did, it was well worth it. |

the breakfast, and the fact that they have an airport shuttle, good for connection flyers the free minibar deal is a joke- it was near empty! Internet was not available and once available (the next day) it was very poor |

Close to airport, reasonably priced, quiet and clean. Restaurant food and staff were superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay near Milano Malpensa airport. Exercise facility could use a little upgrade and TV. Area surrounding the hotel is not great, but the hotel makes up for it. |
