The attitude of the staff was poor.they were the only hotel that charged for wifi.

I had a flight out from milan and it was near the airport and had a free shuttle service.

They charge you to use the internet and the restaurant is overpriced.

The room had broken power outlets. The bed was concrete hard and there were no international channels on the Television. Everything had an old and well worn look about it.

In fact I regreted I booked this hotel. I need to take an early flight next morning and it took more then 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle to go to the hotel. The hotel itself is good.

I wouldn't recomend. Shuttle takes forever to arrive at the airport and pick up people. However, on the way to the airport it was on time and took 6 min. They advertise and offer breakfast from 4:30 which is basically an old croissant and a very good expresso. The real breakfast which looked good, however I couldn't get, started at 7 am. I think they could be more clear for people that have early flights.

The location to go to Malpesa Airport.

We was four at home and the bathroom was blocked, it was terrible. The internet does'nt funcion any place.

It was cheap for how close it is to Malpensa airport. The free shuttle to and from the airport was quick.

The room was fine though the lack of wifi was a bit of a drag and the free wired Internet access was pretty pathetic. The prices in the restaurant were absurd, something I would expect but menu choices were also limited. We asked the front desk about someplace else to get food and there was only one place nearby, a very so-so pizzeria in the woods. In short, the hotel is fine but the food options are not.

The hotel was convenently located near the airport and there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. I got picked up at the airport (I just called and the shuttle came very quickly) and drop off was great because the first shuttle is at 4:30am which is very nice for early flights. The staff was very nice and printed out my boarding passes.

The bed was extremely hard. Kind of like sleeping on a rock

Location is good there are more hotels in this area to choose too.This based on my other feedback for this hotel.

We took in the room a drink (Cola) but before I took it I checked price for this drink. Once we left and payed but the person behind reception desk made a more than double price for this drink. I asked if he was sure and he confirmed "for sure" that his price for that cola was correct. I thought about it and went back to the reception desk again and he confirmed that this price for that cola bottle was correct. He replied not polite anymore. I went to the room level and asked cleaning people who came in meantime in the room if I could see the price list of the room. Indeed my idea was correct. I went downstairs and I said "sorry but please check extra because on the room price list is another price" . Reception guy called "without anything to say to me" another person to bring a room price list. He took somewhere some euro and dropt it on the reception desk and did not gave my bill back. I thought because he should change that bill but no...I Had to ask it back myself. Sorry but he was not kind or politethat we will think twice to go back to this hotel. There are more hotels in this area. Reception people have to check, help (not lie) and to be polite or friendly in my idea.

The room was big and clean. Location to airport and free shuttle to and from was why we chose this hotel, as we were only in Milan for the departure from Malpensa.

The wired internet in the rooms was only available for PC's - they did not have any connectors for Macs and were very unapologetic about it. There was wireless available in the lobby however it cost 6 Euro which was not worth the 3 minutes of time I needed. Girl at front desk was visibly annoyed when I told her I was not interested in paying for wireless use in a lobby.

Located near Malpensa (Milan) international airport

pricey restaurant with high service charge and somewhat unfriendly service.

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Room WiFi was not working.

If you are planning an early flight from Malpensa this is most definitely the right place to spend the night. Free shuttle to and from the airport and 7 days free parking included make this hotel an outstanding facility. Awesome!
