The room was quite big and clean. It is near to the airport with free shuttle service that will pick you up at the airport on request if needed.. The first shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was at 5. However if someone has an earlier flight (6.10 am) it is quite risky. Would be useful to have the first shuttle bus at 4.30. Also there was no iron and iron board in the room. It was only available in small room next to the reception. You have to go down there with your clothes if you want to iron them. |

Very good shuttlebus drivers, very friendly, and its free. Swimmingpool was ok. Breakfast was rather poor. I have seen much better. And the shuttlebus was very hard to find. Where should I know that they use exit number 7 in Terminal 1?? |

They had a shuttle to and from Malpena airport. It was comfortable andthe breakfast andsupper we had was ery tasty. Hard tofin if driving, however, once you find it ,it sn't bad after the first time. |

Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice pizza/pasta restaurant close by - walk or drive to the Novotel and take a right. The restaurant was a little formal and pricey. |

Very nice, comfortable, spacious room. It said it had an indoor heated pool and that is why we choose to stay there, however there was only an outdoor, unheated pool and a Jacuzzi. Not great for October in Italy when you have kids |

Nice and quit hotel close to Malpensa airport, 10 min by car. Good service with parking and baggage. Very friendly personnel in the restaurant even if MasterCard machine did not work. However, in a 4 star resataurant should vine be served from the right, plates and food from the left and not straight over the table. |

Convenience and bus from airport even though to someone not used to pay phones at an airport it was fairly easy to contact hotel to book bus. Jereremy the shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful, advising re time it would take to visit Milan, so much so that having hours to spare we decided against it. Very good advice. Breakfast quite good but should not run out of croissants as some travellers will not arrive for breakfast in the first 'shift' or very early. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom areas. We agree the restaurant was very expensive and vegetarian options not exactly obvious. Had to ask for starter as a choice. Not just business people use this hotel so could be more friendly towards other travellers. |

The large spacious room was perfect for our family which includes 2 teenage boys. The master bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was gorgeous (like being under Niagara falls) and we all enjoyed the pool and spa pool. The facilities were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The shuttle between the airport and hotel was easily arranged and on time. |

There was a tea and coffee at the room. Also the breakfast was very nice. Great value for the money. The shuttle was very small and I did not have a choice for departure and I had to arrive urly at the ariport. |
