Not far from Malpensa airport but no apparent noise. We managed to get a light meal (soup) at 11 pm after arrival. Ideal for a late arrival to or early morning departure from Malpensa.

Poor Internet service at the suite I booked The design of the suite is not utilizing the suite space, and there is no TV in the seating area.

The stuff is very kindly and very professional, the restaurante's quisine is very nice. The hotel's atmosphere is very silent and friendly.

There wasn't the number house of the hotel in italian gprs navigation sistem (Locauto). That's why we couldn't find the the main entrance to the hotel's reception from the first attempt.

As ch is in Schengen we do not generally travel in Europe with our passports, unless we are flying. The check in desk refused to check us in and even suggested that we travel back to ch (5 hour drive to Basel) to collect our passports. We had drivers licences and ch Work permits, but these were not accepted. I have stayed at many hotels in Italy, nearby Ternate, where our office is (Villa Borghi, Villa Baroni, Montelago, Relais Sur Lago) and never had this problem. There was nothing in the booking that said that only passports were accepted, no other id was acceptable and even children must have passports. We had to sit in Reception for over two hours before we could access thr room we had already paid for. If we had not paid in advance, I would have cancelled booking and gone elsewhere.

It is a standard, modern four-star hotel nearby the airport with good connection to the city (Milano).

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport and to the train station free of charge

The hotel is a long ways from the city proper and the train fees really add up at 11/person per way

Not easy to find....but, considering the big mess of the area around malpensa airport, it cannot be charged to the location of the hotel itself

the location is best suitable for airport .. I stayed for one night only as we have to take next day early morning flight... the hotel is providing free drop off and pick up service from airport... good hotel .. I recommend those who want to stay near airport

The friendliness and the availability of the staff, the excellent cuisine and the good service received.

The room temperature is kept too high and makes it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Should have a different type of temperature setting, each room should have its own thermostat so that guests can adjust the temperature of the room according to their needs.

Room was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. We felt the price was great. Having a shuttle take us to the airport was an added bonus.

We road the train from Venice to Milan and stayed overnight at the Best Western Cavalieri as we were flying back to New York the next morning. It was convenient to the airport (3 km away) and a new, modern facility. The price was excellent considering the quality. I especially liked the "rain maker" shower head that started the day off right.

The prices in the hotel restaurant were inflated compared to other meals we had eaten in the past two weeks in Italy. The king Prawns were good but not exceptional at 22 Euros.

It was close to my business appointments.

Staff were not particularly helpful or friendly and my room was in permanent darkness due to the large concrete fire escape imediately in front of my bedroom window.

I like the convenience of service to Malpensa airport and the friendly staff at the front desk. The man who helped me with shuttle service was most gracious.

It could use more atmosphere for warmth.

We were travelling with bicycles and had been touring for 2 months. We needed to clean up our bikes and pack them for the flight home. The staff gave us every assistance in providing us with facilities to do this. Thee was a free shuttle to the airport. Although it is an airport hotel it is not under the flight path so is not noisy. It is close enough to the small town of Cardano al Campo to be easily able to walk into it which we enjoyrd

Shuttle service is excellent, they transferred us not only to the terminal, but to the trains station as well.

Design is blank, pool and jacuzzi area is not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.

We arrived at the Malpensa Milan airport by train about 8 p.m. Our flight was scheduled from the same airport the next morning. This hotel offered free shuttle to and from the airport, and they had an excellent breakfast buffet. They also have an on-site restaurant that is open until 11 p.m., which served our needs perfectly as we arrived at 9 p.m. in the evening without having had dinner anywhere en-route.

When we called the hotel after arrival at the airport, we were told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. It took 45 minutes, which caused us concern and a second trip into the airport for another phone call. The shuttle service was timely the next morning and the service was very good other than the delay in their arrival time.
