Efficient friendly helpful staff

My bathroom had long term dirt in the area around the mirror/shower oanel/washbasin worktop join; could easily have been cleaned and should have been. This work top was stained and the room "desk" had a worn top surface, so the room needed refurbishment. I have now stayed at 6 Malpensa hotels and buy my rooms at the prices on this site, which put it at the same price as Novotel at present and I think Novotel is better value

It was located close enough to the airport to enable an early transfer. The staff and bus driver were very helpful.

The rooms are very faded. The ariconditioning was turned up to full heating which is far too hot in any room. We had to have someone come to unlock a window for us. Central heating that cannot be regulated in each room is a problem.

Shuttle was super convenient, bed was enormous

The facility was nice and comfortable and we were thrilled there was an airport shuttle. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful and reception as well as the shuttle employees spoke English was nice and refreshing. The hotel did not have any restaurants close by so you were forced to eat in their restaurant and they tried to dress it up to look like a 5 star restaurant, charging even a table service fee but the food was terrible.

One word - dreary. The lighting in the rooms is terrible, it looks like it has seen better days and needs some attention. It is neither bad nor inspiring, but badly needs a refurb.

the airport shuttle service was frequent.the staff was approachable and professional.

when I lost an identification item,I have been returned it few days later but it had a piece missing.Why did they not hand it to the local police straight away??

Free shuttle bus arrived as informed. Best if the bus stop is indicated by some signboard.

Breakfast quality. Very poor variety to name itself as "buffet".

Brilliant welcoming from hotel staff. Free parking, free internet, comfortable room and extremely obliging staff make this an excellent hotel.

the restaurant is too expensive and the food unimpressive. the 3 euro per person surcharge is a rip off.

Nice big comfortable king sized bed. Nice shower/tub.

Hurry the bar man was really friendly and made a ordinary night into an enjoyable one.

Price's are a rip off because you are stranded in the middle of nowhere.

The room was quite big and clean. It is near to the airport with free shuttle service that will pick you up at the airport on request if needed..

The first shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was at 5. However if someone has an earlier flight (6.10 am) it is quite risky. Would be useful to have the first shuttle bus at 4.30. Also there was no iron and iron board in the room. It was only available in small room next to the reception. You have to go down there with your clothes if you want to iron them.

You had an adapter, got me my wake up and the shuttle to airport was on time and had a very nice meal at night.

They had a shuttle to and from Malpena airport. It was comfortable andthe breakfast andsupper we had was ery tasty.

Hard tofin if driving, however, once you find it ,it sn't bad after the first time.
