Nice hotel', basic,near the train station of San Giovanni and NOT the Como Lago train station!! There are 2 different stations and they are far away from each other. We came on the the wrong one! |

I was very impressed with the willingness to help us out. The staff spoke perfect english, assisted with giving us maps and was very accompdating. In addition, the parking was cheap, only 10 euro a night. The breakfast included in the room rate was above average and the staff was very helpful bringing us our cappucinos and anything else we needed. I loved this and for the money it was a steal!!!! For 80 euro a night for a double room for two people in Lake Como, I expected budget, but got a great deal! The room was a great size as well, and I loved pets allowed at no extra fee!! (I have a small dog). I also thought the wet bar was amazing and reasonably priced. My husband was on crutches so it helped having the beverages in the room. |

The hotel was very conviently located to the train station. It was also within walking distance of downtown and the lake. It had a very helpful staff and good restaurant. |

Convenient location for Como and Milan (train). Availability of private parking. Cramped room; shower was particularly so, and would have been a problem for a larger person. |

Convenient location for travelling across Europe. Good food in hotel restaurant. Reception staff unhelpful. |

It is centrally located, walking distance to the Como Lake. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a public car park, conveniently located in front of the hotel. We could park our minivan easily. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious. |

Good connection to motor way.Good value for money. Stayed in this hotel in large room with my family before. Walking distance from city centre / lake. The ( single bed ) room and bath room just a bit too small. |

The best thing about the hotel is its location for the train station and Como centre. Plus there is a car park but you must reserve a space. Room was very small and so was bathroom. Charge for internet excessive. Poor breakfast |

Parking facilities were very limited. I was not told that there was space in the garage. It is a fair walk into the centre and I do not think the relatively high price is justified because of it's location. |
