venligt personale talte godt engelskt, god morgenmad brandalarm gik igang midt om om natten, portien vidste ikke noget, alle gæster var forvirrede men vi fik oplyst at at det var fordi en gæst havde røget på værelset. trodede han nok. ikke særligt trygt. |

Det kostede ikke ekstra at vi boede 2 børn og 2 voksne på samme værelse. Personalet i receptionen var hjælpsomme og søde overfor børnene. |

Et venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Aflåst parkering. Det tog mere end halvanden time at finde hotellet. Gadenavnet hvor hotellet ligger er på hjemmesiden angiver som VIA.... Der skal VIALE. Og så kan Carmin ikke finde vej. Hotellet er gjort opmærksom på fejlen. |

Nice hotel', basic,near the train station of San Giovanni and NOT the Como Lago train station!! There are 2 different stations and they are far away from each other. We came on the the wrong one! |

I was very impressed with the willingness to help us out. The staff spoke perfect english, assisted with giving us maps and was very accompdating. In addition, the parking was cheap, only 10 euro a night. The breakfast included in the room rate was above average and the staff was very helpful bringing us our cappucinos and anything else we needed. I loved this and for the money it was a steal!!!! For 80 euro a night for a double room for two people in Lake Como, I expected budget, but got a great deal! The room was a great size as well, and I loved pets allowed at no extra fee!! (I have a small dog). I also thought the wet bar was amazing and reasonably priced. My husband was on crutches so it helped having the beverages in the room. |

The hotel was very conviently located to the train station. It was also within walking distance of downtown and the lake. It had a very helpful staff and good restaurant. |

Convenient location for Como and Milan (train). Availability of private parking. Cramped room; shower was particularly so, and would have been a problem for a larger person. |

It is centrally located, walking distance to the Como Lake. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a public car park, conveniently located in front of the hotel. We could park our minivan easily. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious. |

Good connection to motor way.Good value for money. Stayed in this hotel in large room with my family before. Walking distance from city centre / lake. The ( single bed ) room and bath room just a bit too small. |
