breakfast was not so nice, no toaster, limited range of choice

The location of the hotel ,although only about 10minutes walk from the centre of Como,was in a not very salubrious area & as I was travelling with a female friend(both of us inour sixties)we would not have felt comfortable walking back to the hotel late at night or in the dark.

Excellent breakfast buffet included with room. Breakfast room staff was friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. Lobby area was comfortable.

Reception staff was aloof and frosty.

The location is very near to S.Giovanni trainstation. So one is easily connected with direct trains to Milano and Zürich. It is only a short walk to the lake and the boats for a cruise on the wonderfull lake Como. 5 minutes walk to the historical centre of Como with its wonderful Duomo and many other churches and bulidings. We really enjoyed magic lights organized by the amici di como. It was really great. In the neighbourhood of the hotel are nice little trattorias which offer local dishes.

Fully equiped and complete hotel. Reasonably quiet location in spite of main street.

Location is a bit off-beat from the autostrada. Rooms is slightly worn. Bathroom shower stall is too small. I could get in but probably not all us guests that they will no doubt have. Maybe they have other rooms and size you up at checkin :-). Parking was on the street with coins to fill up to 20:00. I expected inhouse parking but it was ok.

Staff was very helpfull and kind,giving us all the relevant information we needed. Room was spacious,very clean and tidy.They have cleaned it even on sunday for us:o) Breakfast were full and they have served us even before 7.Hotel is situated very near to Swizerland borders.There is lovely pizzeria only about 100m away from hotel.Highly recommended.There is a public carpark in front of hotel which is much more cheaper then hotel's one.We were happy with services and we would like to come back:o)

Very good location: walking distance from the train station, not far from the lake or the historical blocks.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Very friendly. Location was fantastic easy off the train from Milan Centrale and a short walk. Great location for the lake and old town. Very reasonably priced, excellent breakfast. Room and beds very comfortable. Nicely furnished, would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

Very near to bus and tram stops making access to the city easy. We had a very peasant stay and found the staff very helpful

Nice location, close to a train station and also city center. Good rooms...

The promised free Wifi was free only for 24 hours. And in addition, it was not possible to connect with Apple notebook. Very disappointing. I think at this times, the WiFi service should be available and work smoothly....
