Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. スタッフはフレンドリーで、ベッドもねごこちがよかった。 チェックインのさい、パスポートをフロントにあずけるよういわれた。ルームキーのたなにほかんするだけのずさんなかんりだったので、あとでとりかえしたが、さいしょからことわったほうがよい。The original passport should not be kept at front desk. Credit card number or copy of passport could be enough for guarantee. |

ホテルスタッフの方がとても親切で、気持ち良く滞在できました。 予約時に一泊分のデポジットが必要と明記されていましたが、チェックアウト時にホテルスタッフの方からそのようなシステムは無いと説明され、結局料金を支払いました。二重に課金されていなければいいのですが…。 |

Good connection to motor way.Good value for money. Stayed in this hotel in large room with my family before. Walking distance from city centre / lake. The ( single bed ) room and bath room just a bit too small. |

The best thing about the hotel is its location for the train station and Como centre. Plus there is a car park but you must reserve a space. Room was very small and so was bathroom. Charge for internet excessive. Poor breakfast |

Parking facilities were very limited. I was not told that there was space in the garage. It is a fair walk into the centre and I do not think the relatively high price is justified because of it's location. |

Hotel is in a good location, with easy access to downtown. The rooms must be renovated, old furniture. Medium comfort level. Price versus benefits is a little high. |

Fine hotel. Walking distance to city center, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast ok and parking available. Taking a shower was quite challenging as the curtain was not long enough... |

We loved this hotel - our best accommodation in Italy, but was much more expensive than others. Location great, breakfast amazing - full buffet yum |

It is one of the few hotels where the heating is actually working in the cold season. It has a parking and a garage and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very small and smell... Like old things?!?... |
