Situated in a quiet and safe residential area where parking is widely available, the hotel is 110 yards from Valentino Park, an ideal place for jogging, biking and canoeing down the Po river. The service was exceptional (thanks to Matteo!). Friendly, useful help and recommendations, making restaurant reservations, calling taxis, etc., all with a smile. We enjoyed being near the Po between the urban setting and the residential area.

I was with my wife and daughter on a two day short holiday trip to Turin, Italy; we liked the hospitality of the staff incluidng the kitchen chef, the food, the cleaness of the room including its spaciousness and the excellent bathroom, and the tranquility of the area. It is the best value for the money we have paid. We will definitely stay at bw Hotel Crimea if we visit Turin next time.

Tea/coffee facilities, spacious and clean room and bathroom, good location close to Valentine's park and Porta Nuova. Poor breakfast for 100 euro, no hot dishes (like scrambble eggs or sausages).

Staff were all friendly, English was spoken by all front desk staff and most at breakfast. Breakfast was good for an Italian hotel, with good coffee. Location was a 15 minute direct walk out of the center, close to the river and one of the many parks.

I really liked the room, liked the staff, who tried every way to help me in the 2-challenging situations. I have received from employees of the hotel's sincere assistance to the gallant manner. I had a heavy suitcase, and at the entrance to the hotel a few steep steps. I did not warn of the arrival and unloading the machine itself. I also do not like the fact that I only stopped for 1 day.

Posizione tranquilla ma ad un passo dal centro cittadino. Quiete e relax. Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff. Unico neo lo scalone all'ingresso per accedere alla reception un po' scomodo quando si hanno al seguito valigie e passeggino.

Het hotel is vlak bij een bushalte gelegen waardoor men vlot verbinding heeft met het stadscentrum en de metrolijn. Het ontbijt is in buffet vorm en biedt een ruime keuze . Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en is zeer behulpzaam.

Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Il parle Français. La situation de l'hôtel par rapport au centre-ville est parfaite. Chambre spacieuse. Nombreuses possibilités de parking (payant) à proximité. Très bonne pizzeria à 200 m. Rien, c'était parfait !
