Best Western Hotel Europa  

The location and the excellent situation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the decor throughout was excellent and of a very high standard. The breakfast room was stunning and the views over the harbour and the mountains were exquisite. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We were pleased to have free Internet access but the arrangements were very complicated with codes changing daily.

THe Lake side Location and view from the roof terrace are simpley brilliant. The staff speak very good english and are very helpful, they also have a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

It doesnt state that the free parking cost 10 euros per night !

Good value Hotel,and great position for town and ferries.Stayed here twice,and have not been disappointed on either occasion.

Hotel Europa was in a fantastic location overlooking the lake and a few steps away from ferry. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good and the roof terrace was good for relaxing. All in all we had a great experience and would certainly revisit this hotel

excellent location, just cant be any better...rooms were tidy, clean,with contemporary bathroom, friendly staff ,Breakfast was rather poor quality -continental .parking could be a problem ,though if lucky u could get urself a parking space in a nearby parking for 12 euros a day. overall i was satisfied with my stay

A nice hotel with a great location at the harbour of a very nice city. Big nice rooms, and a very nice restaurant

Great staff and good value for money! Also the location to visit RIva is good. To visit rest of the garda the boats leave 50 meters from the hotel.

Interior looks a bit old and shabby in some parts of the hotel.

Das Best Western Hotel Europe hat eine sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Gardasee mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Es liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, man hat vom Zimmer aus einen herrlichen Blick auf den kleinen Fährhafen, den Gardasee, den malerischen Platz mit historischem Glockenturm, italienischem Flair - schönen bunt gestrichenen Häusern mit bunten Fensterläden. Man sieht auf Torbögen und kleine Restaurants. Zu Fuß ist man bestens aufgehoben, da man innerhalb von Minuten am Gardasee, bei den Fährbooten bzw. auf der Strandpromenade ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber gut. Man kann sich frisch gemahlenen Cappuccino oder auch Latte Macchiato selbst zubereiten und sitzt auf dem Balkon (im Herbst mit verglaster Veranda) und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Auch von außen entspricht das Hotel der Beschreibung. Zimmer sehr sauber und frisch.

La habitacion de este hotel no es de tres estrellas y no creo que tenga lo, standares de otros best western, la pieza demasiado simple y pobre.
