Best Western Hotel Europa  

The location and the excellent situation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the decor throughout was excellent and of a very high standard. The breakfast room was stunning and the views over the harbour and the mountains were exquisite. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. We were pleased to have free Internet access but the arrangements were very complicated with codes changing daily.

THe Lake side Location and view from the roof terrace are simpley brilliant. The staff speak very good english and are very helpful, they also have a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

It doesnt state that the free parking cost 10 euros per night !

Hotel Europa was in a fantastic location overlooking the lake and a few steps away from ferry. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good and the roof terrace was good for relaxing. All in all we had a great experience and would certainly revisit this hotel

excellent location, just cant be any better...rooms were tidy, clean,with contemporary bathroom, friendly staff ,Breakfast was rather poor quality -continental .parking could be a problem ,though if lucky u could get urself a parking space in a nearby parking for 12 euros a day. overall i was satisfied with my stay

A nice hotel with a great location at the harbour of a very nice city. Big nice rooms, and a very nice restaurant

The room was ready upon my early afternoon arrival, and I was so pleased with the lovely view of Lake Garda from my room and small balcony. Wonderful light, both natural and artificial. Comfortable bed, and super marble bathroom, with a great tub and shower combination. Part of the spacious east-facing dining area is all glass - very dramatic, with 180 degree view of the lake. The staff was well-informed, friendly, and courteous. This is my second stay here, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Très bien, situé avec vue sur le lac de Garde. Restaurant exellent.

Petit déjeuner très varié, mais le personnel est trop peu nombreux : lors de grosse affluence, le buffet n'est pas réaprovisionné assez rapidement.

Il panorama splendido del Lago di Garda che si poteva vedere dal balconcino della camera, Ci siamo fermati un giorno in più di quelli programmati!

Sehr zentral am Marktplatz von Riva gelegenes Hotel. Trotz der Gardesana, die am Hotel vorbeiführt relativ ruhig. Zimmer hat gut dosierbare und funktionierende Klimaanlage. Kleiner, hoteleigener Parkplatz. Kontinentales Frühstück mit Müsli, Milch, 2 Joghurtsorten, viel Gebäck und gute Kaffeeauswahl im Selfservice. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versehen. Kein Luxushotel, aber preiswert. Sehr zuvorkommender Empfang. Schöner Frühstücksraum als Veranda mit tollen Blick auf den Gardasee und den Marktplatz.

Auf hoteleigenen Parkplatz passen ca. 10 Autos. Vor dem Hotel ist auf der gesamten Straße Parkverbot. Die nächsten Parkplätze sind von 8 - 18 Uhr kostenpflichtig.chlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Alternativ wird ein Garagenplatz für 12 Euro vom Hotel angeboten. Ab 9 Uhr war das Frühstücksbuffet fast leergeräumt udn wurd eauch nur sehr schleppend ergänzt. Bestecke fehlten volständig udn die Servicekräfte hatten das Frühstück überhaupt nicht im Griff.

la centralità dell'albergo permette di poter visitare riva del garda senza doversi spostare con l'auto, ed è altrettanto comodo arrivare alla pista ciclabile che costeggia il lago. il personale dell'albergo stesso è sempre cortese e ha soddisfatto le svariate richieste poste da me e da tutto il gruppo(2 mamme 3 adolescenti)

ho notato scarsa pulizia della camera e la colazione a buffet non ha soddisfatto l'aspettativa. ma prima su tutto ho dovuto sostenere una spese giornaliera pari al 10% del costo della camera doppia per avere un posto auto
