The hotel as an excellent location right next to the harbour in the centre of everything but easy to get to by car or boat. Beautiful breakfast in the morning with the lakeside view. Getting a balcony looking over the lakeside was a real bonus! Would love to go back |

It is in the perfect location in Riva. It overlooks the harbour and is close to all the down town restaraunts,bars cafes and shops. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. We have stayed there for 2 weeks at a time for 4 consecutive years and will do so again in 2010. It may not be the best hotel in town but Location! Location! Location! is a winner. |

The location in Riva is wonderful. Breakfast selection good. Car parking free although limited. Rooms are simple but clean and liveable. A/C (in Summer months only) was great. Staff very helpful, especially the lady at Reception and also the 'Oma' of the hotel who was friendly and loved the children. If travelling with young children who require day sleeps and early nights, a water view room may not be the answer as the Piazza outside can get quite noisy in Summer months. We would stay here again. There is an iron available but no laundry facilities - not a big deal though. |

good location for riva del garda. the breakfast room was nice. our room was extremely hot, they told us there was nothing they could do about it and we could open the windows. The shower was so small my husband didn't fit. Overall, not worth the money |

the hotel was pleasantly situated with lovely views- free secure parking (small car park) no restaurant, pool closed, breakfast just adequate. Rooms not very clean...............it was the last week of the season.poor by best Western standards. |

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Gardasee. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nette Frühstücksterasse. Zustand des Hotelzimmers sehr veraltet und kein Charme. Das Bad war uralt und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. |

Соотношение цена/качество не соответствует. Не верьте тому, что написано: парковки у отеля нет. Нам пришлось оплатить платную стоянку за ночь в размере 17 евро. Завтрак скудный. |

Sicuramente la posizione centralissima è il miglior pregio. Pulito, ben tenuto, personale super-cortese e la sala relax con un PC-Desktop (connesso ad internet) a disposizione di chi ne volesse hanno molto ben influito sul mio giudizio. 8/10 Sicuramente l'impossibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze e molto irritante (sopratutto se nella descrizione dell'Hotel si legge "parcheggio auto") |

Centrale ligging, mooie ontbijtzaal, schone kamer, goed regelbare airco. Ontbreken van parasols op het buitenterras. Ook kleine tafeltjes erbij zou wel handig zijn. Het was er nu erg warm en geen schaduw. |

Ho apprezzato la colazione ricca, il letto molto comodo e confortevole. Lo staff quasi sempre disponibile. Inoltre e' molto molto carina la sala colazione posta sul lago. Il bagno piuttosto piccolo, il parcheggio auto non sempre assicurato e piccolo visto che l'hotel era pieno. La pulizia della camera veniva effettuata molto tardi oltre le 12. ed inoltre in quasi tutti gli hotel trovo sky gratis, qui non vi era nemmeno. Il rapporto col prezzo lo considero un po' alto. |
