Staff were very friendly and helpful Location: on side of motorway, nowhere was within walking distance; no public transport so had to rely on "rip off" taxies. We were with a big crowd in Bari for the soccer international (Italy v Ireland) and all taxi fares seemed set at €30 to go anywhere close by (4 or 5 kilometers) |

In the Guest Booklet it said that there was a 24 hour coffee in the room free service. I ordered two coffees. The next morning on checkout the clerk told us we had to pay for room service 10 euros. I told him to look at the Guest Booklet but he argued for several minutes that we had to pay. Meanwhile the taxi was running his meter which cost us an extra 26 euros. |

Good value for money Directions from the airport very poor t took me almost an hour to find I also spoke to other pepole who had the same problem. |

Great facilities, lovely bed, bathroom, air con just all round high quality. The breakfast was incredibly good! And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Really worth every penny. Situation. Extremely busy road not for the faint of heart - if you miss the turning for it it's a nightmare to get back too! |

Its location is right in the middle of a motorway and an industrial zone. Difficult to find and access. Had a slightly "left-over" feel from better days. |

La gentilezza dello staff, l'ottima cucina e la posizione, comoda per poter raggiungere sia il centro di Bari, che le autostrade. Entrata e soprattutto l'uscita dal parcheggio, direttamente sulla statale molto trafficata. |
