Very nice people, hotel and good location Parking is a farce and not at the hotel as advertized... Its quite a walk away and plus its expensive at €15 per day, In my view they should offer "Valet" parking. |

Great location in downtown San Remo. right next to the casino. CRISTIAN was the hotel director. Awesome dude, very helpful. Had a fantastic time there. Great rooftop deck that hardly anyone used. |

the most of all the superb view over the golf and the city, from the roof, where there is also a nice jacuzzi and a refreshments bar! parking still remains a problem, but this is part of the local italian charme! |

Its location in the heart of the city next to the casino. The breakfast is quite basic but is included in the price. The parking is not near the hotel and is quite expensive (15 Euro). |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. NIce rooms, you walk right into a street with shops and restaurants. We were two couples, and we had two rooms. oin the third floor and one in the fifth floor. All th rooms at the hotel had A/C, hower ion th room in the fifth floor, it diod not function very well. The hotell restaurant was not good. The first day, we went outside, a man came up to us an told us how fantastic the reataurant was. We tried the restaurant this eavening. After ordering lasagna and red (house wine) for both of us, we see the same man working in the restaurant. The Lasagna was terrible. No tomato, tasteless and microwawed. The red wine tatsed as watered out red wine. When whe got th bill, it was just a small piece of paper with the sum we shouyld pay. i demanded a detailed bill, got it with a lower sum. stay away! |

It was ideal for our needs on that particular visit. Good convenient location for that Ligurian coastline and easy access to South of France. The Breakfast Room was small, lacked natural light and the breakfast itself was extremely ordinary. |

Excelent hotel, beautiful room and bathroom, great position, next to the casino, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone at the entrance of the old city. Wonderful view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Bravo! |

The hotel is to a good 'European-city' standard. The Bedroom Air Conditioning was very effective but unobtrusive. The staff were helpful and professional. The bar had a 'street-cafe' as well as an internal bar. The hotel is adjacent to the Casino, and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Hotel off-street car parking is available (but not abundent!). Sauna and roof-top sun-bathing available. Beach-facility discount (with good lunch facilities) is available. Two elevators (lifts) to all floors. |

The staff was very friendly , took our complaints about our room seriously and and provided us with an upgrade. The hotel is classified 4**** but in my opinion at the very bottom end of the 4* rating. Interior is tired looking, breakfast disgusting,comfort and facilities minimal, rooms noisy and hot. On the positive , location is excellent if you want to be in the middle of town and staff is very friendly and professional. |
