Hospitably by the people in reception and a tidy clean room. No restaurant or a bar for a short meal. |

The hotel was well positioned for ease of access to both harbour and city and was well cushioned from noise from outside. The decor was very good and the hotel extremely well maintained. Didn't expect to hear plumbing noises and noise from other rooms bathrooms being used! |

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Porto Antico! The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and lovely. The breakfast was excellent compared to what they normally eat in southern Europe in the morning... The area around the hotel is not the nicest late in the evening but be sure to head to the port or towards east and the Piazza Ferrari etc. for dining, shopping and nicer areas in general. |

We arrived quite late, so we drove around the city in the evening by car, and next day we went to the aquarium. The hotel was very good and clean. The only recommendation is regarding the tv's. If there are such nice flat screen tv's, then why not having digital channels as well instead of a regular cable connection of which the quality was not so good. |

I liked the location in the old port city and across from the acquarium, the cleanliness of the room, and the helpful staff. The breakfast was good too. |

Decent price, clean room, nice staff, good breakfast buffet (including free baby food jars). Free inet terminal & wireless in lobby. AC was on when we arrived. Our room was spacious - we booked a double and received a triple. No noise issues. Just generally comfortable and everything we needed. Elevator door was ridiculously small - my stroller did not fit through the door unless I removed the baby and folded it. |

The location of the hotel is excellent if you drive (just opposite to the city parking - for a discount price) or if you fly (next to the main station), just a few steps to the old marina, aquarium, city streets with shops, port restaurants where you can sit until late. The receptionist even tried to help us find an accomodation for next stay in other places when we wanted to travel. Just perfect! If you love to sleep with open windows like me, you will hear the sounds from the waking up city...But I love it. If you close the window, it is quiet... |

The Receptionist, Rosa is a true asset to the Hotel. She gave excellent customer service. All the facilities are clean and well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was a great, particularly the coffee which was the best we had during our entire stay in Europe, UK & USA. The air conditioning wasn't working, & the room was very hot during the night. |

Convenient to the Musuems and our parking was just across the street. The morning Breakfast was very nice! The Room was perfect for our child who found the really cool bunk bed quite comfortable! The room was very clean and our bed was really comfortable and already had extra pillows on it when we arrived! We were very satified with our room for the price....what a bargin! The Hotel was a little had to find by car. Once we parked at the Musuems across the street, and asked a few people we found that the hotel was found tucked in alley across the street. |

Centrally located, impeccably clean, very well equipped - there was even a water boiler. Good breakfast. A highly recommended place I made a mistake of not having printed the map of the place and had trouble finding it, as the street is pedestrian and the gps will not give directions to it. I advise you to print the map, then go and download the luggage (you can enter the street for a short while to do that) and only then take the car to the parking, which is some 5 minutes walk away |

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Location is very favorable if you want to explore Genova. Breakfast could have been better and 11 am checkout seems a little early. |
