Reception staff was excellent the service we recieved was soo helpful and so respectful. we were only there for 1 night i enjoued my stay was really relaxing after 2weeks on a cruise thank you for a wonderful stay x Nothing

Staff were very nice and helpful , we had a car and free parking was available all the time near from the hotel , room was very comfortable and well designed. Wifi was poor in room and the jym is left without monitor or maintenance

The staff were very helpful and accommodated us even though we had a discrepancy over our arrival date. This hotel has a very modern decor. It was a little difficult to locate when driving in for the first time but would not be a problem if arriving by air.

The location which makes easy to obtain free parking. The aircond did not work at all! Since the hotel is full, no room replacement is possible. We have to resort in leaving the window open for the rest of our stay. Just imagine the noise from the main road...to make matter worse, the manager Mario refuse to refund or at least give any discount, stating that the room has been prepaid and commission have to be paid to booking.com. We paid Euro104 for this treatment! This is my worst Best Western experience!

Very clean,large room Breakfast very good Staff OK We were told we could walk from the airport in 5-10 minutes - in fact it took 30 minutes - not a nice walk When we got to the hotel we discovered that there was a shuttle available

The staff were very helpfull, they organised for the bus to take us to the airport to pick up my brother. We are coming back to stay their again when we get back from Cinquterre. The only problem the gps didn't recognise the hotel address, so it took us a long time to find it.

Everything, the breakfast was fantastic! I will be going to Munich in about six months always stayed at another hotel but will definitely look into your Best Western there. I would recommend to all my friends. Bunkbeds in room for single bed.

Lovely rooms, very clean and well equiped.TV Choices in room were good. Very noisey as staff would not turn on ac. This meant we had to sleep with window open and the noise was horrible from 5am.Breakfast buffet was completly mobbed, very hard to get a table or food

This is not your everyday Best Western! The hotel is new, modern, clean, classy and comfortable. You would think you were in a more expensive hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. The room was very comforable. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. It is located within walking distance of the airport and banks and shopping are available right in the neighborhood. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the center of Genoa from the hotel. Easy to find by car with a secure parking garage. Excellent hotel...great value.

- Wonderful breakfast - Clean rooms - Good room service food - free Wifi - extremely close to Piazza de Ferrari and the centre which allows you to take advantage of the €6 bus from and to the airport!!! - noise from the corridor during the daytime - you had to request a room service menu and it was not apparent that room service was even an option! - very limited English TV channels (2) - Wifi was negligible when the hotel was busy
