It was near a metro station. Rooms were not sound proof. Could hear many noises from neighbouring rooms and hotel guests. In the breakfast room, it was very uncomfortable eating whilst a busser would be clearing the tables right beside us, making loud careless noises and throwing rubbish into a see-through plastic bag which is indeed off putting for 4 star quality hotel. |

The location and cleaning were good. The walls of the rooms were not protecting sounds from the next doors and corridors, and you could hear everything, baby crying, people talking in the corridors, so difficult to sleep. Breakfast. It was acceptable if it were 3 star, but unfortunately it did not give you the impression of a 4 star hotel. |

Хорошее месторасположение. Близость к историческому центру города и общественному транспорту. Номер на 3-х достаточно просторный. Просторная ванная с новой сантехникой. LCD телевизор. Бесплатный Wi-Fi интернет в лобби. Хороший завтрак. Бесплатный интернет в номере при подключении через ноутбук. Наличие сейфа и бар-холодильника. Сильный шум с улицы. Интернет в номере через телевизор - практически пользоваться невозможно. Необходим Wi-Fi интернет в номере. |

Suite à des coupures de courant nous n'avons pris possession de la chambre qu'a partir de 19 h suivi d'une autre coupure de 2 h, pour decendre ou monter du 5em nous avons utilizè nos propres moyens d'éclairage,car les eclairages de secours des cages d'escalier ne fonctionez pas.Aucune assistance ou geste de la part du responsable |

Größe des Einzelzimmers war überraschend OK - meistens sind die Einzelzimmer sehr klein! Nähe der U-Bahn Station ist sehr zu schätzen! Raumtemperatur ist überall angenehm warm. Obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt habe, habe ich ein Raucherzimmer bekommen - die Gerüche der Zigaretten von den vorherigen Gästen sind doch zum Spüren gewesen... Es war aber erträglich... |
