Very close to Manzoni metro station and the Colloseum. Staff, especially Barbara, Sandro and Ubaldo are very friendly and kind and will help you with everything you need. Rooms very clean, especially bathrooms. Amazingly comfortable bed, you have an excellent sleep after long walks in the city. Free internet access if you have your own laptop. The area is fine, not much traffic, calm stay. Breakfast is very fresh, big variety of food, nice start for a long day in Rome. Definitely would recommend it, we will go again soon

Excellent hotel! Right next to Marconi metro system. Super comfortable beds; excellent hot shower and shampoo. Delicious full American breakfast. Great value. I'd definitely stay here again my next time in Rome.

Proximity to the coloseum and the metro. The metro was unfortunately out of action for the first two days of our stay but there was excellent replacement buses with bus stop less than two minutes walk from the hotel on the main road. The coloseum is about 20minutes walk or so from the hotel. Overall, good value for money. Good range at breakfast though the bacon was rather too salty and the bread rolls could be softer. I particularly liked the good availability of fruit salad. Tours could be arranged via the hotel though we did not utilise this facility on this occasion. The key to one our booked rooms kept malfunctioning and had to be replaced about three times. I feel that there is a problem with the computer programming for that particular room and should be sorted before another guest is put in there. The information leaflet about the hotel was not clearly displayed in the rooms or mentioned by the hotel staff at the reception. I feel the reception staff could have done more than just giving us our keys and showing us the way to the lifts. The scaffolding in front of the hotel makes it look rather ugly from the outside. Coffee making facility is provided only on request. This information is located somewhere in the leaflet and was stumbled upon by chance.

The price was fantastic for the room. It was neat and spacious. It was only 10-15 mins walk to the Colosseum. Breakfast was great. Hotel tax was not included in the price and we had to pay that before we left.

The price deal that I got. If it was in normal price I would not prefer it. They did not pay attention to my preferences. Had to change 3 times to get the right room. The rooms that are facing the street are a bit noice but they are renovated and alot better then the ones that are on the back. Try to find a good deal for this hotel. In normal price it's not worth it. I booked for 82 euros a night.

There's a metro station in front of the hotel, so very convinient to get other place (If no metro strike). It is said check in could be made after 14:00, but we arrived there at 15:00, and waited half an hour to get our room.

We had a good stay, while we were here rome had a big rain storm, though no fault of b/w,the room we had developed a huge rain leak.OK No problem, but all of our belongings were soaked, and no one really seemed to care.We took great care to preserve our belongings, shifting them from the bedroom to the bathroom. But the rain continued, and so did the leak into the bathroom.I Hope our computer is ok,due to water exposure and the rest of our belongings, for there was no followup fronm the managment!

The location was excellnet - Right next to the metro - only 15 minutes walk from the Colloseum and old city. The close vicinity to the metro also enables an easy trip to the Vatican City.

The room was small, bathroom had obviously been renovated, but not to a good standard. Every time we had a shower, the water leaked all over the floor. The pillows were lumpy and the carpet was stained. The shutters/curtains and air conditioning were good. There was no iron/tea or coffee facilities in the room, which I usually consider standard in a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. Our room was quiet, whcih was good. The breakfast was adequate but basic, and I was surprised and disappointed that they did not serve fresh tea or coffee, which again would improve the impression of breakfast and is something I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. More like a budget 3 star.

The hotel is located close to Termini Station and to the main city sites such as the Colosseum and the Forums. Polite and helpful staff, good service, comfortable rooms. Good value for money. A Cina Town is located right between the Termini Station and the hotel. So, to reach the hotel, you have to go through all that zone.

Location. If the metro was in operation, it would have been terrific. I stayed 3nights there, and on the first night they put us into a room facing the main street, and it was extremely noisy. Second nights and on I have asked for the room to be changed and it was ok, but I could not stand the noise.
