We like that hotel was clean, easy to reach from the highway, breakfast was fine, sandwiches from the bar were good. - only 2, slow elevators made it difficult to reach 8th floor, especially when bus with guests arrived just before. - pillows were rather uncomfy

Can be a great choice if you fly to Venice. It's close to the airport, and also there is a bus near the hotel which can take you to Venice. The room is clean, and well furnished. The hotel offer pretty good breakfest. Nothing really.

We stayed here for visiting Venice. The staff was very kind and patient to explain how to drive to Venice and tips on parking. We enjoyed it! Breakfast was very good! We had a hard time to find the hotel. The GPS could not find the street number. Perhaps it is the GPS.

Great buffet breakfast, cheap bar and restaurant, clean! The food was good ,only 25 mins on the bus to Venice city bus very close to hotel. Much rather stay here than in Venice itself as very busy too many people and you can get easily lost in that maze! We will definitely stay here if we come to Venice again, and the rooms and bathroom are nice and big!!

Its really gud to stay with family .very calm and pleasant no noise near by People are very frendly and helpful Breakfast is gud Transport facilities is fine to travel to venice like it may take 5to 8mt walk to the bus stop and u have 2 to 3 buses every hour

Very clean and comfortable. Close to a number of amenties. Staff very accomodating and helpful, especially a young lady named Irene. Design of shower in bathroom - water always leaking onto bathroom floor because there is no door for the shower.

Just outside the city of Mestre. There is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel which is 20 min ride to Venice. The last bus from Venice is at 8.20 pm. Rooms are new and very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Staff speaks English and are helpful. Breakfast was good and up to 4 star standards.

This hotel is totally modern both inside and outside. The room is enough large and clean. The stuffs are friendly and kind. Easy to access to Venice by bus, which runs every 30 min. No bath tub, but shower. I booked their shuttle bus service from airport to the hotel, though, no one came. Then we had to take a taxi. When checked in, a hotel stuff offered us a shuttle to airport for compensation. (It was good.)

Super spacious room and very close to a bus stop to catch the bus into Venice. The bus was only 2.60 euro round trip and ran twice an hour up until 8:30 pm-very convenient. If you drive there is a secure parking garage.

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. The hotel facilities were clean, the rooms spacious and modern and the food was great. The hotel is situated in the industrial area of Mestre and there is only one bus line going straight to Venice. The last bus leaves Venice at 8.25pm so that there is no chance of spending time in the city at night or to go out for dinner and/or drinks.

staff was terrific,particularlyAlessia at front desk. Very clean, modern, efficient, spacious would have liked to see an egg station for breakfast, location too far from venice center, perhaps a shuttle would be helpful a few times a day if possible

Usual chain-4-star hotel. Service is good, restaurant prices are reasonable. The hotel "pre-authorised" our card for the whole amount of the booking and we are still waiting for the money to be "un-frozen" by the bank. Very upsetting!

The room was very clean, the new furniture and flat screen, the wireless internet connection, the breakfast and the airport shuttle service. The missing toilet paper in the first day. The phone didn't work. During the evening, in of the days, there was a short period of time when the internet connection didn't work.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and patiently informed us of how to get from the hotel into Venice proper via busses and train options too. B`fast was great. Something for everyone and a lot of it available. Hotel was luxurious but price was not higher than any of the others we stayed at, including small B&Bs!! Towel racks : could have used one or two more in the bathroom.

Everything. Excellent room, good service, superb facilities, great breakfast, good bathroom. On request they provided us iron and ironing table, baby cot etc. Just the location Mestre, which was quite far from the Venice city centre. However, buses to/from Venice were frequently available, like every 15 minutes.
